The tour was just okay. Most of the tour consisted of going to the mosque. He drops you off in a very chaotic line of people waiting to get tickets for the mosque. Not very organized at all and very stressful. I would suggest going instead with a tour that gets advance tickets. We knew this did not provide tickets but wasn’t expecting the mess to get in line. And you need tickets just to walk around the area or they will keep you back behind a bearer. We didn’t stop at the Old Medina or Rick’s Cafe as noted on the description. All in all just okay. Driver was very friendly though.

Hamouda was great. He spoke English well and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and chatted about things we passed. Stopped for photos and took us to all the interesting sights in Casablanca. Safe driver and a clean car. Would highly recommend.

I had to organise transport for eight of us on a golf trip to Casablanca, and after contacting a bunch of different companies, I’m so glad I went with Shuttle Layovers. Their van was by far the best I was shown — a really comfortable, high-spec Mercedes with air-con, automatic doors, phone chargers and even a portable phone. And the price was excellent too. Our plans changed at the last minute — we had to adjust the day and route so we could stop at the airport to pick up our golf clubs that hadn’t made our flight — and the company couldn’t have been more accommodating. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. The driver was lovely, drove safely, and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we saw all the main sights. He even took loads of great photos for us, which was a nice touch. It’s always a bit stressful organising things for a group, but Shuttle Layovers made everything so easy. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough — five-star service all the way.

Great tour of Casablanca Hassan I I Mosque and great shopping our tour guide spoke perfect English was very knowledgeable of history in Casablanca. He did everything we asked him to show us was polite and a great driver and on time.
