Phnom Penh's Secret Street Food: Tuk-tuk Night Bites

Incredible cultural and food experience - please please please do yourself a favor and sign up for this tour. We learned more in a single evening about the food and culture of Cambodia then we could have in a whole week (maybe even a whole month). The highlight was absolutely our guide, Chea. Not only did he speak very good English, but he had an infectious, friendly and energetic personality. He explained everything in detail and shared so much about Cambodia. The spots he took us too were local, authentic, delicious, and clean. We went to 3 local dinner spots, tried an INCREDIBLE street food BBQ spot, a street food dessert spot, and ending with a lovely rooftop bar. 100% recommend

Had an amazing tour with Chea! All the food we had was delicious and it was so nice to be driven around to visit local restaurants that I would have never visited alone and trying dishes I would not have ordered. It was also a good mix of some walking and sightseeing as well, not only eating. Lastly, I learned so much about modern Cambodian life and culture from hearing about Chea’s experiences and stories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was incredibly delicious at every stop, with authentic flavors that really showcased the local cuisine. It felt well thought out and never rushed. I left full, happy, and with a much deeper appreciation for the food scene. Highly recommend!

This food tour absolutely amazing. The tour guide, Chea was an absolute gem. He was so much fun and chose the best dishes to sample to get a good representation of Cambodian food. A wide variety of great food and restaurants. Chea was a fabulous guide. I’d done 2 other Lost Plate tours in Bangkok and Hanoi - this one was as good as, if not better than, the others. Lost Plate is a unique food tour company, I highly recommend them!
