Boat tour to discover the fantastic Aeolian Islands. In Panarea, considered the island of the VIPs, you can stay for about 3 hours in order to visit the characteristic streets of the village of San Pietro with its splendid showcases. Stromboli, the mythical fire-breathing of the four active volcanoes of Italy. There are two villages on the island, the largest is San Vincenzo and the smallest is Ginostra, a fishing village. In particular, the island is full of black sand beaches, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Upon returning we will stop for about 40 minutes under the Stromboli volcano to admire the SCIARA DEL FUOCO

Everything went smoothly from booking well in advance to boarding. The boat was sufficiently large enough but still small enough for the intimacy of feeling this cruise was yours alone. The staff was incredibly helpful and they made it a very fun day. We also bought the mini cruise around Panarea which was fun and offered many additional photo opportunities. The best was our time on Stromboli. We had a great dinner, walked the black beach and then circled the island and seen the lava shoot out. Now a huge eruption but a great show. I encourage you to consider this option.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. We were on the road from 9:20 am to 11:30 pm (from Vibo Marina), about 6.5 hours of which were only pure ferry. Disembarked on Panarea, there is no beach there, so no bathing break, just pure island visit with few walking opportunities. Then the crossing to Stromboli. Here is interesting to see an unusual beach of lava rock and black lava sand but that was it, as there are also not so many opportunities to walk here , the 4 hours stay on the island was far too much. Not everyone's thing to bathe on such a beach. After sunset you are driven out to sea to watch the lava eruptions, these were “unfortunately” only very small and very short. Between 10 and 20 minutes such an eruption happens, so wait a lot and possibly only see 1 to 2 eruptions, as the ferry then has to continue again. If you choose such a trip, you have to expect very high prices on the islands. You end up with such an all-day Rwei

Many hours of sailing in sardine box conditions. There were more people than seats. Too tight, visits to Volcano (a strong smell of sulphur typical of this island) then Lipari you feel like you’re a bit loose in tourist catchers, not much to see, We finish with Stromboli, for my part I liked, I am captivated by volcanoes

The company was well reviewed on the site that sold the excursions. However, my assessment is not entirely positive. Itinerary changed two days before departure (you could not disembark in Stromboli when it has been known for months but we are notified at the last minute and is brought forward by an hour the estimated time of departure). Once on the boat we are told that the stay on the island of Panarea is 3 hours but if you want you can stay on the boat to take an hour ride around the island that otherwise going down you would have missed. All for a special price of 10 euros. Obviously no payment receipt but we are given a card with a small number. One share of people stays on the boat while another gets off. No control over who stays and who gets off. In other words you could stay without paying the extra EUR 10. Needless to say, the ride was not as sensational as it was sold to us, indeed, having only 2 scarce hours available to visit the island it was not possible to go to the most beautiful beach and so we bathed at the port amid the smell of petrol discharge. The feeling of being just chickens to pluck was a lot and the professionalism very little. Net of this the Aeolian islands are definitely a place to see maybe with another Tour!

Bella esperienza!! We booked through an agency and they picked us up near the B & B and then drove us back. We arrived in Milazzo at 12 Ca, we paid 85€ per person and boarded! We left at 12.30...During the trip they explained a little 'the Aeolian Islands and at 14 Ca we arrived in Panarea. Bellissima... abbiamo comprato 2 panini 17€, un po' carucci!! We ate on the rocks and immediately bathed!! Bring rock shoes or sneakers! Then walk Ca 30 minutes, we arrived at Caia Zimmari beautiful beach with sand and stones! A nice bath and then return by electric taxi 5€ per person! Fortissimo! Then at 18 we went to Stromboli, unfortunately we could not get off but we skirted it! We saw the skiing, the beautiful sunset and then we returned at 10.30pm. Ne è valsa la pena! If I can give advice I would anticipate 2 hours departure and then return!!!

Great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Guide Angela accompanied us, while sailing, with stories and legends of the Aeolian Islands.
