This was a great way to get a nice introduction to the old city. Samuel was very knowledgeable and informative. Informative and interesting. Not too long. Guide spoke very good English and had a great sense of humour.

The tour guide was friendly and polite but his English was not very clear and he didn’t have a good volume. He sometimes started talking about a certain topic without checking if te group had all arrived at the spot where we could see or hear him. He could have given a bit more historical or cultural information about the city and bring a folder with pictures or other props.

Excellent tour with plenty of good history to say you know Bilbao. In addition to historical information, Samuel added some personal stories that made the tour more special.

Samuel is an exceptional tour guide. He walked us through the old city and introduced us to so much knowledge and history of Bilbao. Walking on foot was easy and the perfect way to get around this small old city. We highly recommend taking this tour!

I took my mom to Basque Country for her birthday. She said it was one of the best trips she’d ever been on! The hotels were beautiful, the people were fantastic, and the food was exceptional!!!

The tour was great. We had a well informed and friendly guide and learned quite a bit about the city's history. Returned to one of the restaurants that he told us was the second oldest in the city for a great meal.
