This was such a fun and history rich experience! The tour guide was knowledgeable and made it an enjoyable time! Kudos to the driver who got us through the streets during dia de muertos like a pro!! Highly recommend if you come out here!

We received a text from the company before the tour letting us know that the English tour was not available and asking if we spoke Spanish. Although we understand some Spanish, my husband does not, so we decided to go ahead anyway, the tour was part of the reason we decided to visit Oaxaca. The tour itself was beautiful, but not very informative for us since much of the explanation was in Spanish and we couldn’t follow everything that was being said. That being said, the overall experience was wonderful. We got to see the petrified waterfalls and mineral ponds — both absolutely stunning. We also visited a textile factory and enjoyed a Mezcal tasting, which were great experiences. One thing to note is that this tour is very long, lasting about 8–9 hours depending on the group and how timely everyone is. Be prepared for a full day. If you plan to swim in the mineral ponds, definitely bring your swimsuit. The mineral-rich water feels a bit grainy on your skin, but it’s part of the experience. The showers aren’t the best, but they do the job. Overall, despite the language barrier, it was a beautiful and memorable day.

A great experience. Full English guide who was very informative, we learnt so much. Hierve agua was beautiful, quite a hike, lots of stairs if you do the full hike but it's optional. Pools were beautiful and so refreshing after the hike. Mitla, mezcal abd textile tours were excellent. Very worthwhile, definitely recommend.

We travelled with kids (5 and 11) and they loved the free time in the water. We quickly walked the trail down and back and enjoyed more than an 1.25 hour in the water. We were lucky for blue sky and hot day. Even the rest of the trip was perfect. Actually, in the morning we first stopped in a local bakery to taste bread and grab a coffee, then to Tule and then to waterfalls, which was cool as we were there nearly alone, before masses. Then we headed to Mitla and only then to lunch (3PM) it was rather late so it is good to have snacks or be ready to buy some (there are some quick oportunities). Lunch was pleasan and plentiful. We all picked something, even the small kiddo as plain pasta and plan chickem meat was on the buffee. After 4PM, we headed to Mezcal tasting. Best I ever experienced. Really kind people and many flavours we tried. Our final stop was a textile/wool production workshop. Nice place, fun guy. No one forced us to buy anything. So we were not under pressure as on other similar tours (but we still got a small beautiful tabel cloth :-)). Awerall, my kids said it was the best experience ever. For us adults, it was hustle free, all on time as as we imagined

Excellent full day trip 2 guides accompanied a mixed group of 10 people and separated us into those who best spoke Spanish or English We did all the recommended activities with lots of diversity. Long day but comfortable and enjoyable and time well spent

Be prepared for a long day tour. However, I think you will be rewarded in the end. The tree is impressive, the mountain scenery is beautiful, Hierve el agua is breathtaking and unique. Yes the water is cold but go for it. A once in a lifetime experience. Although nowhere near as spectacular as Monte Alban, the archaeological site at Mitla beautiful and intriguing. The Palenque de mezcal was fascinating and will make you a feel good! The artisanal wool presentation and store was interesting and beautifully crafted.

So much to see and do! Enough time at each place and timing of each tour stop was good. Very engaged and attentive tour guide.

Great itinerary and the guide was very knowledgeable and a local. I would recommend it for anyone. We had a group of five, and all liked it.

This is a full day tour, close to 11 hours. It is packed with adventure and fun times. Every stop was interesting. We truly enjoyed the waterfalls hike and extra time to take a break afterwards and enjoy a drink. The city of Tule was stunning and visiting the old and huge tree was worthwhile. The ruins at Mitla were impressive. The only item of the entire day I would recommend Viator find a better partner was the lunch stop. The buffet was weak and pretty bare by the time we arrived 2:45pm. The textile stop was impressive, we learned so much and purchased a small rug to take home. Our tour guide and driver Xenon, was the best!!!!
