Unforgettable NMB Segway Tour: Glide the Sports Complex!

This tour was such a delight! My wife and I (both mid-50s) decided this sounded like it could be a great thing to do on our vacation. This was definitely a home run for us. Bob (our tour guide) made sure we understood and could demonstrate fundamentals of Segway operation prior to hitting the trails. The vehicles provided were in great condition and safe to operate. Helmets and water were provided and included in tour price. I was a little nervous about operating the Segway beforehand, but by the end, I seriously wanted to get one for personal use. Bob's training instilled confidence in me. I was absolutely delighted at the tour we took around the lovely trails and lakes at the recreation site in North Myrtle Beach. Bob also took the time to record video of us and pictures using our phones for ultimate souvenirs. I highly recommend this tour. My wife definitely had a great time too. Thumbs up!

It was a fun Segway tour. Good instruction on Segway and looking out for safety. The guide took us on a scenic loop that included taking family photo and video, which was nice. The guide seemed somewhat annoyed throughout which made it a little less enjoyable. But it was still a good time.

Great time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it easy to learn how to drive a Segway. The tour goes all around the park off road and off.

We were nervous at first because we have never driven a Segway before but the instructor was kind and informative and you don’t leave till you are confident in driving the Segway. Being out on the trails was lovely and a refreshing way to navigate nature. I highly recommend comfy shoes and some bug spray though!!

The experience was amazing. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We were fortunate enough to experience the tour in the intimate group with Bob. He was very informative, patient and fun. He was very helpful. He gave us a lot of history regarding the area, and he even went the extra mile and offered to take us back to our Airbnb on his way to another place. If you’re thinking about taking a Segway tour, you should definitely consider this company.

Definitely wear comfortable shoes that you can stand in but ones that handle vibrations well. The tour guide was very nice and friendly, and constantly checked on us to make sure we were ok and stopped often for us. We are first time Segway riders, so he made sure to give us plenty of time to practice and get used to the Segway. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this.

Fun for the entire family which included exploration through nature trails and viewing the beautiful sports complex in North Myrtle Brach.

Bob the guide was amazing. There needs to be more people in the world like Bob. He made the trip really exciting and our vacation more fun.
