We went from 10 am till noon and saw Thomas jump six times. That made the visit an unforgettable experience, especially as we were able to ask him tons of questions about his sport. The building in itself is an architectural feat, yet in itself isn't worth the detour if not paired with the "ski flying" demo. We took bus 589, very convenient from downtown, but only hourly. Gift shop has several cool collectibles.

If you ever watch watched ski jumping at the Winter Olympics you will know what this is. The sheer size would put fear into the average skier. The viewing platform give an excellent view over Innsbruck. Were they joking when they located the end of ski jumping next to cemetary?

Nice to visit with breathtaking views. Very run down place. One hour maximum visit though. Taxi best way to visit as up a mountain.

Spent a good hour here taking the tram to the top and the lift to the viewing platform. The jumpers are absolute dare devils and a joy to watch. Then went and sat in the sun on the deckchairs and admired their grace and bravery from the other end. Stunning views over Innsbruck. We went early and are glad we did as it was easy to get around without any waits.

Currently half price entry (5 Euros for an adult). Funicular out of order so a few hundred steps up. Elevator in tower ok. Best to catch the 589 bus from the station. Number 1 tram will leave you with a 15 minute uphill walk.

Amazing experience and a must see if travelling to Innsbruck for a few days . Easy to get to on the No 1 tram and then a 10 minute walk to the jump. Wonderful views even in foggy weather ..Be warned that the funicular is not working at present so there are a lot of stairs .

Bergisel itself Is interesting place with amazing view to visit. BUT Trip advisor offers ticket for full price. (We baught it on-line one hour before visit) There is in these days 50% discount for all tickets bacause the lift is out of order for many weeks. The man at cash desk told us that all reselling partners where immediatelly informed to reduce the price. Why Trip advisor sells the ticket for full price???

What a great place for a visit. Lovely café with panoramic views at the top, cool, little funicular to take you up there, and a chance to experience what it must’ve been like sitting at the top of that jump, very scary!

Great experience for the whole family (2 adults & 2 under 5) and all enjoyed the morning. The view is fabulous and an enjoyable walk over from town centre. Lunch was actually amazing, so yum considering I wasn’t expecting it to be that great or affordable but it turned out to be both! Would definitely come back to see the slope in action but we visited the week before the slope opened.

An interesting place to go especially if you are a fan of the winter Olympics. There is a gift shop at the entrance level and a lift to take you up to the ski jump to take in the view of the surrounding area.
