Excellent service, Marcos was our driver, always on time, very caring and an excellent person. We did transfer for Serrambi. Totally recommend!

I booked the transfer for my mom (60+) from the airport to Serrambi (go and go). All the conversation and confirmations were made via WhatsApp of the company. Previously the drivers contacted confirming..I also asked for the driver's confirmation on the company's WhatsApp. There was no kind of interplay. I'd hire again.

Viajamos em um grupo familiar de quase 30 pessoas , ocorreu tudo bem é super tranquilo nos transfers. Os colaboradores da empresa super simpáticos e sempre solícitos em nos atender. Frota de carros novos e limpos.

Contratei o translado executivo para o Serrambi Resort. O carro encaminhado foi uma SW4 zero. Motorista muito educado e prudente no trajeto. Contratei o translado em cima da hora mas mesmo assim fui prontamente atendido. Ao chegar no aeroporto de Recife, o motorista já estava nos aguardando e nos conduziu imediatamente ao veículo para seguirmos com o transfer combinado. Agradeço a empresa Recife Translado pelo excelente serviço prestado e recomendo a todos sem medo.

Fiz translado do aeroporto de Recife ao Serrambi Resort. No dia de retorno ao aeroporto de Recife, tive problemas com o cancelamento do voo pela cia aérea. Em contato via WhatsApp e telefonicamente a empresa prontamente atendeu minhas necessidades alterando o horário do translado. Enfim, um atendimento que se espera de uma empresa de responsabilidade e que pauta pelo bom atendimento ao cliente. Recomendo.

Upon arriving at Guararapes International Airport, an employee will be waiting with a nameplate stating the name and surname of the person responsible for the reservation of the transfer at the arrival. After the contractor sees the driver with the nameplate, he will be referred to the vehicle that will take him to his final destination. If the contractor is already staying at a hotel or hostel near the airport, the driver will be at the scheduled time waiting to board the passengers and proceed to the destination.
