I bought the turbopass thinking it was good value for money. However as my mum is disabled we couldn't access a lot of the acropolis site like slopes and had to cut out time there short due to rain. Then with the hop on /off tour the stop for the Rivera tour was changed last minute meaning we missed the 12:20 depart the day. So I ended up paying another €27 euro for a taxi to get to kavouri beach as other public transport wasn't accessible. Also if you're a disabled person then you can get free entry into the acropolis and museums. In the end if I'd known about free admission as a disabled person I would have only needed to pay for the hop on/off bus so I'd have only ended up paying about £255 in total in comparison to the £390 I paid for a 5 day pass for two people. Personally for our family it wasn't worth it - if you're abled bodied then yes it's probably more worth it but I wouldn't choose to buy it again.

The Athens City Pass made our trip so much easier. Major attractions like the Acropolis and the hop-on hop-off bus were included, and having everything digital was super convenient. Just be sure to read the instructions carefully — some popular sites require advance reservations. With a bit of planning, everything went smoothly. Great customer support too! We’d definitely use it again.

The All Inclusive Pass made our city trip so much more relaxed! Of course, we had already thought about what we wanted to see beforehand and were therefore able to relax and decide when we wanted to go where. Some attractions should definitely be booked in advance, otherwise you have real problems getting in, but if you spread the booked things out over the days, you don't have any stress and can take an incredible experience. We have booked a City Pass with this provider before and would do it again at any time!

The pass included fast entry to the acropolis and worth it. Highly recommended the visit to the Acropolis Museum and thanks to the pass you can discover very interesting museums in Athens, Motor Museum or Technology Museum Kotsanas. The 2 days of hop in hop off bus are very helpful, you can enjoy the ride looking the monuments and listening explanations. I will buy again this pass for my next Athens trip.

We had no difficulty using the pass, it was recognised everywhere (although we didn’t gave the public transport option). It would hiwever be more convenient if it could be added to Apple Wallet or similsr. It offers access to the main historic sites, but also includes some smaller museums which offer both interest and variety, eg the ancient technology museum, the motir museum and the museum of illusions. It would be better value if there were an option to buy it without the open top bus tour, since this really isn’t good value in a small, traffic jammed city like Athens.

The Athens City Pass provided the best experience. We saw all the attractions such as Acropolis, Agora, museums and so much more. No waiting in line or being turned away for entrance tickets. Hop on Hop off Bus which was close to our hotel provided all transportation we needed while in Athens. We downloaded and printed everything and carried the two sets of tickets with us and were accepted everywhere. We saved a lot of money with this pass. Viator will continue to be a go to travel service as we visit the USA and the world. Thanks Viator!

The most memorable part of the tour was the Acropolis! We enjoyed exploring the site very much & would recommend this experience to everyone who plans to visit Athens. We did not like the lack of logistic info and felt that it should be forthcoming as to where to catch the hop on/off bus and what to look for. We also found it frustrating & confusing that the literature stated different times and days of used than what was initially understood. We were able to work through logistical problems and overall enjoy the tour.

This sounded like a great opportunity to see a lot of sites in Athens but I was nervous after seeing the negative reviews. I can say that I am glad that I did not pay attention to the negative reviews. My trip was the last week and a half in May. I purchased the 5-day Turbopass a week before we left and the email with the passes was sent within minutes for me to download. I read all of the documents and followed the requirement that I needed to go to the Acropolis first to start the pass for the other sites in the following days. I had no issue getting into the archeological sites or the museums and appreciated that with the Turbopass we did NOT need to wait on line to buy tickets then again wait in line to enter. I do not regret this purchase and would recommend the pass to others as well.

I bought Turbopass for Athens and used it for transport, the Acropolis, the Hop on Hop off bus, Acropolis museum and the Automobile museum. I decided to give 5 stars because I am confident that they will go to fix a couple of anomalies found. After my stay I pointed out these inefficiencies and was reimbursed for having to pay for admission to the Acropolis due to the failure to issue two pdf tickets. Otherwise very convenient at a price, at least for Athens, advantageous.

We were in Athens at the beginning of July and had the Turbopass – was fully worth it. Acropolis went in super fast, not a long line. Other sights such as Agora or the Acropolis Museum were also easy with it. The hop-on hop-off bus was worth real gold in the heat, even went to the port with it. Important: You have to read everything carefully beforehand and plan it a bit, otherwise it will be complicated. But when you do that, it's relaxed and you save yourself a lot of stress. Had a question once – Ann from support was mega helpful and super fast, thank you again for that! Would book again!
