Small-Group Arab Bath Experience in Hammam Al Ándalus Palma

Not as advertised - baths were poor quality with lukewarm heat and tepid cold. The body scrub was poor quality. Not a luxurious experience. Massage was on a plastic bed. Would not recommend!

My husband and I booked the package for the baths, body scrub and massage. This was a first for us for this type of experience and we were not disappointed. My husband loves a massage but I always decline owing to back problems. The two masseurs were so accomodating with them adapting the body scrub and massage so that I could receive what I could manage. It was a lovely relaxing way to spend a few hours. My husband added it was one of the best massages he has had and he's had a few. Many thanks Hannah and Willie.

Fantastic experience. Everyone so welcoming and friendly. The baths themselves are brilliant, three different pools going from cold to hot. Hot stone slabs and tea available whenever you want it. Particularly liked that it was limited in numbers so its not crowded. The scrub and massage were special. All in all a wonderful experience. I will return again!

A fabulous experience from the moment we stepped through the door. The staff and atmosphere were brilliant. The scrub and massage were out of this world. We were floating for hours afterwards. We only wish we were able to stay for longer.

We weren't sure what to expect and are so glad we went! You start by having a guide escort you to the changing room with a shower. After changing into your swimsuit, you take a quick shower and wait on a heated stone bench (very relaxing). You can then choose between an cold plunge, moderate temp or warm bath, going back and forth between each one. The massage therapist comes to get you and takes you to massage tables divided by curtains, where you receive your massage. After, you can go back to the baths. It was something different to do and worth a visit!

There’s not a lot of signage outside the business. Have an address ready when you show your taxi or they’ll take you to the Arab baths. It is very quiet inside, and my husband is hard of hearing so it was difficult for us to communicate. We both had a massage and it was absolutely perfect. They checked several times to make sure the pressure was good.

Amazing premises and experience. Massage was 100% ,the baths were really nice and steam room was the best ive been in. Mens locker room slightly too small if more than 3 men were changing at one time. The mint herbal tea was so good after the massage. This place has so much potential just feel it needs a bigger premises to meet that.

This was hands down one of the best spa experiences I have had in a while. The experience starts out with hot tea and then you are escorted into a changing room with put on your swim suit. Once you have dressed, you are given a short tour of the warm, hot, cold baths and the steam room. You are encouraged to do the cycle of baths and steam. At some point you are then called to start your massage. There is an option for the body scrub (absolutely do it!). The body scrob experience starts with you lying on a Mable slab and have warm water poured all over your body, followed by bubbles poured and then a body scrub kit used by your masseuse and then more warm water to Denise off the bubbles. You then turn over and the process is repeated. You then dry off and are escorted to a massage table for the massage. This was one of the most relaxing experiences I have had and would highly recommend if you enjoy a spa experience. Christina was our host and was very friendly and gracious. 10/10 would recommend! Note: I would suggest getting there early as parking is hard to find or just take a taxi.

What a find! We booked this for the first day of our holiday, with the hope it would help us unwind and get into the holiday mood. From the moment we stepped in, it was a relaxed and peaceful vibe. Diego was a great host and once he gave us the tour we were able to enjoy the baths all to ourselves. You really felt transported and relaxed, with the different temperature pools, steam room and hot stones to relax on. After some time relaxing Diego collected us one at a time for our bath scrub and massage, which was fantastic! After almost 2 hours we left feeling just the way we’d hoped. I would recommend this to anyone!
