Beautiful scenery accompanied by constant driver commentary. Plenty of stops and lovely lunch stop. One of the best experiences I’ve had.

We took the Ring of Kerry Tour operated by Deros Tours on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Our tour guide extraordinaire was none other than one Batty O'Sullivan. His tour was the highlight of our 3-4 week travels in Ireland. He knew and commented upon every nook and cranny along the way as he spent much time there growing up and later among other things, employed as a local milkman. He sang beautifully along the way when he wasn't cracking jokes, providing historic facts and folklore and personal anecdotes. He is a star and a gentleman and you just won't find any better. Best of the many, many tours we took in all Ireland.

We had a great time with Batt as a driver/guide. He did explain all the sites and extra and even sang for us. Love it! We took 2 tours with him: Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Highly recommended

We rented a car and intended to drive the Ring of Kerry but the owner of our B&B recommended we book a bus tour so that we could all enjoy the scenery and get local inside information. This made so much sense to us and we looked at reviews online and loved that this company is locally owned and operated. We booked the Ring of Kerry trip and it was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. Batt was our driver and he was fantastic - responsible, fun, funny, entertaining, so knowledgeable, and very passionate about the area of the world where he grew up and where his family is from. He told us such interesting personal stories as well as shared so much rich information on the areas we were seeing. We felt like part of the family by the end of the tour! I could not have imagined how beautiful this area is and the mountains, water, cliffs, rolling fields and hills of green are magical. We made a few fun stops but it didn't feel too busy or the pace too rushed. Batt was a great photographer, as well, and always happy to snap a photo for his guests. We felt very comfortable with his driving as the roads do look treacherous to outsiders and we were relieved that we listened and didn't attempt it ourselves. I know for a fact that our experience of the Ring of Kerry was so much richer and better because we booked the Deros tour. We had a fantastic lunch at a little cliffside place (the lamb stew was delicious and very filling!). A highlight was driving through the hilly terrain while Batt sang "Danny Boy" for us (with all the verses, which I adore!). Another fun extra was when we were driving on our own to Dingle the next day and pulled up to Inch Beach. We noticed the Deros bus was there and suddenly, there was Batt waving hello to us! It was so nice to run into a new friend on our travels and realize the wonderful connections we were making on this amazing journey. I left a little piece of my heart in that beautiful area and hope to be able to return soon.

Ring of Kerry tour was excellent, and way better than I anticipated thanks in part to our driver Michael!. The Bog Museum was really interesting and informative stop along with and absolutely fascinating stop demonstrating sheep dogs Hearding the flock! Another must do is when stopping in Sneem go into Kellys Bakery up the street and treat yourself!

We had a great tip when we checked in to sit on the side of the bus behind the driver so we could take in the ocean views. Denis was our driver & tour guide. He was fantastic & we felt safe as he navigated our bus along the roads of the Ring of Kerry. Highly recommend this tour company!

The Ring of Kerry Tour was amazing! Great knowledge of the area and it's history, and lots of sights packed into a relatively short time. Batt is a great driver and guide!

Fantastic experience, the views are stunning! Batt our driver was a superb guide who shared his stories of local life, he was born on the ring and has lived there all of his days. He even sang us a song or two en route. There were plenty of stops and photo opportunities and the lunch was lovely with amazing views and a fast and seamless process. Book with this local firm if you want to enjoy a great day.,

The bus driver — Batt — provided knowledgeable insights throughout the trip, which included both general regional history as well as his own familial connections with places we saw. He was delightful, and even sang a few times. Now, there were a couple of stops which required cash. The company should let you know that. Also, they said you could bring your lunch. What they didn’t warn us about was not being able to eat your lunch indoors since you’re not a paying customer. We found that to be the opposite of the graciousness we’ve experienced throughout Ireland.
