Robin our guide was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and interesting and funny too! The tour was great and we thought a bargain for the insight we gained for the Normandy invasion and history.

Pierre was phenomenal. So very knowledgeable about not only D Day but the local town as well. He was obviously passionate about what he does and was friendly and engaging throughout the entire day. The tour was perfect blend of guided information and free time to explore the various sites as well. Our train was delayed and like the description states, he did in fact wait for us before leaving to get started. Would absolutely recommend. Pierre was amazing!!

This tour was outstanding. If you’re coming from Paris this could not be any easier. We were able to see some of the most important sights and then spend some free time at each location to explore on our own. Our tour guide Marine, is a lifetime local from Bayeux and was extremely knowledgeable of everything we experienced. I would highly recommend this tour and I would definitely ask for Marine.

Our guide Marie did a great job getting us to see all we could in the time period of the tour. Marie is very knowledgeable about the area and subject matter.

It was a wonderful experience provided by an expert historian. Length was very appropriate. Fee well worth it. Key aspects of battle in detail.

It was a long day, as I get anxiety when I have to wake up early to catch the 6:10am train from Paris to Bayeux so I did not sleep at all. Upon arriving in Bayeux, Roma, my guide was waiting with a sign and the names of the participants. She's an excellent guide and her enthusiasm helps her paint a vivid picture of what happened during this turbulent time in our history. I got emotional when visiting the cemetery with the bodies of close to 10,000 young men buried. Men who had no clue that they were going to heaven instead of returning back home to their families. The only drawback of the tour, was not having enough time to squeeze lunch and the visit of 2 excellent museums in 1.5 hours. Normandie is beautiful and I had no clue how many museums were in the region, about WWII. Now that I know, I will return some day and stay at least 2 nights. I would definitely recommend Roma as your guide. Her English is flawless

Fred/Frederic was an outstanding guide to the Omaha and Utah beaches. Good explanation of the background for D-Day on the drive to the beaches. Deep knowledge of the landings, preparation and aftermath. And a delightful sense of humor. The tour gave me a greater appreciation of the enormity of the operations and the difficult decisions that had to be made by the leaders. Good pacing over the day.

The tour is complete every important location in Normandy for D day. The tour guide was nice and tried to explained a lot . I wish the guide would let us know how many stops , how long his talks & how long we could stay at each locations so we could enjoy or take pictures . We didn’t know that so we tried to take pictures in the hurry when he talked making the flow wasn’t smooth . I thought this tour was family friendly not historic & military style. But it was too much information to absorb together by a french accent.

Noemi was a great guide - very knowledgeable, patient & fun. Bayeux shuttle was on time and easy to work with, and the van was very comfortable. Overall a perfect day at Point du Hoc, Utah beach, Omaha beach, St Mere Eglise, and the American cemetery.
