Feedback. 1st day the person on the phone lied to us that pyramids open at 8 am. We had to insist on 6 am pick up. Were there at 7 am and had a wonderful visit. But it would have been bad if we had listened to the person on the WhatsApp line. The sidetrip to perfume “factory” and spice shop was a waste of time. 2nd tour to philae... The airplane was late. So we were late. The guide complained about having to wait for us. He made us feel guilty for things not in our control. He was very bossy and controlling. He also advised us to start a sunset tour at 5 or 530 when we knew the sun went down at 5. So again we had to insist on being at the felucca at 430. And the felucca was very nice, but very short duration. The trip to Kom ombo was fine, except that the guide took on an extra 4 people. He said a friend was Ill or unable to do the other people's tour so he included them on ours. It was not a problem, but is was not technically a private tour. The trip to Kom ombo and edfu was excellent. Except that we did not have tickets as the guide at Kom ombo did not meet us until we were already in the temple. But he gave us money for the tickets instead which was fine. And he was very nice and let us stop to pick up a felafel and coffee. We asked to stop at Esna on the way. Was very difficult to get them to agree. Charged additional cost, which was fine but insisted on immediate payment. And then said the cost was deferred via the text number. Did not hear from them again and they sent a guide the next day to get the money. Last trip we did to west bank luxor. Again told us pick up is at 7, but we insisted at 6. Pickup was late. Crowds already starting to form at temples. Asked about another extra temple and was advised to go to it, again for additional $20. The temple was not good so was a waste of time and money. Overall, this company seems to be very expensive. You do NOT need to take any options with food... its actually just 150 pounds each for the meal, and they charge much more than this. Also, most of the places do not need a guide, but if you want one, you could get at the gate. I would not do this company again. Spent a lot of money for 5 tours with you and got very bad service.

I had a day trip from Cairo with Salwa. She was so great and so knowledgeable. Gave me lots of tips of cool things to see and pictures to take. I was travelling solo and she was always there to take pictures of me if needed. Has a wonderful trip. She was even willing to extend it a bit a let me explore more. Def recommend the tour and Salwa as your guide!

Awasan spoke good English and she could introduce Ancient Egypt culture to us clearly. We enjoyed our lunch at a restaurant with nice view of Nile, although the drinks there were a little bit pricey.

This tour was ok but did not meet our expectations. Our guide was knowledgeable but only provided us with a limited amount of historical information and the majority of our time was spent alone without our guide. Given that most of this tour is done on your own, we would have been better off visiting Karnak and the Luxor temples on our own without a guide. I would not recommend this excursion.

Salwa our tour guide was on time. We had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Patient and does not rush. Would highly recommend and ask for her.

Amazing time on this tour. Half a day tour was the best to prevent getting over tired and to be able to get out of the heat. Both temples were bewildering. Our experience was made better by our very knowledgeable guide Salwa. Highly recommend.

The guide, Maria, was very informative as we visited Karnak and Luxor Temple. The tour took a half day and then we went to the optional, extra cost, lunch. The restaurant was very nice but it probably wasn't necessary to do the lunch through the tour operator. As for Maria. We were very pleased with her and ended up booking a tour to Dendera Temple, guided by her, the next day. Ifvyou can. Try to have Maria as your guide because she really has much more detailed knowledge of the religions during the various periods of Egyptian history.
