Nile Majesty: Cruise, Abu Simbel & Hot Air Balloon Adventure

This is a great cruise to go to packed with lots of activities if you're short on time, however be prepared for many early mornings! Our tour guide Mohamed Gobran was organised and super knowledgeable. I have a keen interest in ancient Egypt and history in general so I appreciated the explanations he provided at every site we visited. The highlight has to be the hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings. We also met many lovely people in our tour group from all over the world. The staff were friendly although I would steer clear of the cocktails on board as they weren't great. The rooms were also a little cramped and tired and many complained about the firm beds. I would suggest the tour operator confirm pick up details well before the start of the cruise. I had been messaging both Viator and the tour operator for a month before the start date with no response so we were stressing out about how we would get picked up from Aswan train station. It would also be useful to have printouts of each day's activity the night before rather than Whatsapp since WiFi on board is not cheap.

Great experience enjoying the Nile cruise . The pool was very clean and the staff extremely polite with us. The food from the buffet had everything and all tasty We would have preferred if we haven’t had stopped to Luxor for 2 days and keep sailing

If you are looking for a Nile cruise with everything (with Abu Simbel, other temples, and hot air ballon) look no further. You've found it. It has a great tour leader. Mohamed Gobran took care of all the logistics and explained the history of Ancient Egypt and its pharaohs and their temples in great detail. Book it and you will not regret it.

It is a very complete tour, they distribute the time very well to make the most of the day (You will get up early) But it helps you reach distant and uncrowded temples. The cruise "Queen of Sheba" is beautiful, Everything was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The guide, Mahmoud (Habibi group), was always attentive to our needs, giving clear instructions, patient with our basic English, in generally very friendly and the best thing is that it has a lot of information about your country.

The best cruise experience I had! It is totally worth the money, amazing food, our guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable & responsible! The rooms were clean and well maintained, there were performances in evening.

Ahmed Shawky Ali is an excellent guide. He is clearly an egyptologist with extensive knowledge, love for Ancient Egypt and is very careful with the guests. You're on great hands with him. The food on the boat was very tasty. I enjoyed everything I tried honestly. The cleanliness as well. As I entered the boat I felt like arriving at thr Titanic! The balloon ride? Breathtaking! I strongly recommend you to try this tour! Small tip: if you like quiet nights, be sure to pack some ear plugs. It's just a bit noisy and I'm used to quiet nights so the earplugs helped.

Super friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always in control, Ahmed took wonderful care of us every step of the way. Mohamed Gobran is the best guide. He has all the information and is really focused on our well being. The luxor temple was the best part.

The schedule for this cruise is not for the faint hearted. Expect to leave for excursions at 4 and 5 a.m. Our guide Mohammad was very good. Kind and helpful The food on the cruise was good. The to-go breakfast items that we got twice were not so good. Great water pressure on the cruise. Hot water 24/7. The room was fine for 2 people NOT for 3 people. I asked repeatedly prior to the trip for pictures of the cabin. They did not send it to me. They basically shoved an additional twin bed into a room meant for two single beds. We were very cramped and uncomfortable. They also need to have a designated smoking area on the ship's deck.

We had a very good experience on our Nile Cruise. The staff on the ship were very friendly and helpful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were able to visit many local temples and attractions. I loved the hot air balloon part of the trip. You should be aware that this is a very active and busy itinerary. We needed to get up very early to get on a bus for some of the tours. Overall, it was very informational and enjoyable.
