Breathtaking El Cielo Cozumel Snorkel: All-Inclusive Heaven

Had bad weather so unable to do tour. Had planned tour early in year and was not sure what weather would be like. Would have loved to gone snorkeling but mother nature had other plans.

Awesome experience with Carla and all his crew, Gio, Alejandra and the Captain. Everybody did an exceptional job for us have a great time. My best wishes for you all and until we see again 😉

What an amazing day! We were in a cruise and found this excursion. Highly recommend! Karla provided good directions and communication to find the pick up location. Kathy and crew were great. Stops were beautiful ! Would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this excursion. We went with 7 of us. Saw a ton of fish, sea turtle, stingray

We had a great time the water was perfect the staff was very accommodating. As a matter of fact I accidentally scheduled for the wrong date and I was able to text the company and they responded very quickly and they were very accommodating they just said yeah no problem and told me where to meet them and me and my family went and had a great time honestly I think it exceeded my expectations because it was such a reasonable price.

We had a group of 5 arriving on the Margaritaville Cruise ship and felt we wanted to support local business rather than cruise ship owners, so booked this trip. It was stressful as if we didn’t arrive back in time- the ship would leave us. They did EVERYTHING- to ensure we got back in time! Manager of the Cozumel kiosk herself, arrived in a van at our return to the dock and transported us back to the International Dock. The staff on the tour were super fun and friendly- the reefs were fun- nothing like Hawaii, but the water was beautiful and we saw fish. They snorkeled with us keeping the group together, but weren’t too crazy if you seemed skilled enough to be on the periphery of the group, Starfish area was beautiful and we saw many rays as well that were gorgeous! Guacamole and pico all made on the transom were incredible! Highly recommend!

Good luck in finding the place. Even if transportation was included you will probably have to pay for a taxi twice. Once to go to the specified marina and another one 1 hour later to reach the real destination. No phone number to reach the operator. The only positive note is that once on the boat everything was perfect with a great guide.

The lady organizing the tours is super cheap. We got picked up in an old van. The lady then shoved 16 tourists and 3 staff into a small boat meant to fit 12 plus the staff. Our boat was the slowest one to every destination because it was carrying too much weight. And if you’re expecting drinks, forget about it. They literally had 1 tequila bottle with enough alcohol for 3 shots. The tour guides did the best that they could given the circumstances but this company is extremely cheap and I would not recommend. The captain was also very unhappy with the organizer because he knew there were too many people on the boat. Do not recommend.

We were scheduled to go to the south part of the island, the port authority closed the south end due to strong winds and high surf. We ended up going to three other locations. The three alternative sites were good, but not as good as we've experienced on the south end. The boat operators were wonderful; very nice. However, the driver who took us to and from the launch site was quite rude. I would go with this tour operator again, just hoping that we got a different driver.

The locations we visited to snorkel were spectacular. Our guide Simon was very friendly and attentive. Our boat Captain Noah kept us safe in the choppy waters.

Very fun staff ! And very helpful... would book again with these guys ! Good beer and good tequila as well! Gorgeous day on the water
