Exclusive Chichen Itza VIP: Private Journey to Ancient Wonders

Very informative, beautiful, relaxing day on this private tour. Our guide, Eric, was an incredible source of knowledge. We would not have been able to appreciate some Chichen Itza’s features without him. The Cénote was incredible! It was worth it to book the private tour for our wedding anniversary vacation.

We spent a great day with a super guide (Carlos) seeing Chichen Itza, swimming at cenote Oxmán and a very tasty lunch in Valladolid. Everything was very smooth from the on-time pickup and all the way through.

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend booking a private tour. Arnulfo (Arne) our guide was very knowledgeable and an absolute legend and really brought Chichen Itza to life. The early start was well worth it as the sun was hot once the day got going. The cenote was a unique experience, was quiet at the time we went and was a welcome cool down after the hot sun. The food in Valladolid was authentic and yummy. All around a great excursion!!

The professor is a top notch guide, great stories, easy laughter, he made the whole day fun and the food was the best. 10/10 highly recommend!

He had so much knowledge about the Mayans. Had a great lunch and visit to the cenote. Would 100% recommend this to everyone.

This was a great day trip. We were lucky to have Carlos who was very knowledgeable and ensured the day ran smoothly. Communication before the trip was excellent and Carlos arrived on time and got us to Chichen Itza just as it opened which meant we beat the crowds and avoided the heat of the day. The senote after this was great and we all enjoyed swimming in the clear water. Finally, we really enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant. The food was fantastic and there was a good choice of things you could order from the menu, which Carlos phoned through in advance to ensure we didn't waste time waiting. Whist this did cost more than a group tour, we were very pleased we opted for a private tour as it meant we could do things at our own pace, and we were back to our hotel in good time for the evening.

It was a nice tour. The guide picked us up on time and offered us to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. We were also offered cold water during the entire trip. The car didn’t have a head rest for one of the passengers which was not ideal. We asked one question the night before the trip on WhatsApp to the guide but he never answered. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The waiters were not very friendly. The destination and the Cenote were definitely worth visiting.
