Amazing trip! The views are breathtaking, the boat crew was fun and energetic, snorkeling was great, lunch was delicious, the open bar was a plus, and having time to explore Isla Mujeres gave us an opportunity to see another part of Mexico. It was a great deal for the price too! We highly recommend it!

The trip is okay, I think the trip is overrated for the price we pay per person. We had a boat ride to isla mujeres, 25 minutes snorkel, which both were nice, then had a small assorted food plate as a small lunch along with an open bar (which was ok nothing too good) then swam for 30 minutes in the ocean which we enjoyed and had 3 hours to explored the island by ourselves which the island itself doesn’t have much to offer unless you pay 500-800 pesos for 1-2hrs for the golf cart rental to go to the south part of the island. I think for the price we pay its just too much for the above mentioned activities. Just a thought it didn’t satisfy what we payed for. But then KUDOS to the customer service/ transportation/logistics department as we left a pair of black sandals that they were able to drop it off at the hotel before going to the airport. I appreciate the customer service and logistics team KUDOS to the team. The overall experience was still good just those few comments they have to improve.

We booked through Nexus tours. Do not buy this. The Island is beautiful and worth visiting but this was not a snorkeling experience, it was hurry up jump in, hurry swim between all the other anchored boats and passing boats, hurry, hurry, keep up and we are back to the boat. Crazy! Also, how the excursion on the island is presented as if it’s w us or not at all and you’ll b bored otherwise. The audacity to go person to person collecting a tip. No thanks

Once welcomed we were offered coffe & juice, that was nice! The first guide explained how things would go, it was very clear and he brought it in a nice and funny way. A propper welcome! Afterwards, we had to pay 36 dollars for a sunscreen that would not endanger the sealife and choral reefs. They had a sign for the substances that weren't allowed to be in your average sunscreen. After checking we thought our sunscreen was legal but some guide made up that a substance in there wasn't allowed so we were forced to buy it. 1,5 hours later, we finally could board our catamaran. The crew wasn't really excited or didn't really connect with the passengers at all. They had a crappy communication system that malfunctioned and therefore we couldnt really hear a thing. The first stop was the snorkeling adventure. This was an absolute joke. The guide just dropped into the water and told us to follow. It was a group of people following a dude that kept yelling 'just amazing' (name of the boat). We came all the way from Europe, excited to do some propper snorkeling. We ended up seeing nothing but seagrass and a couple of statues. For me, this part wasn't even worth a dollar. Wouldn't recommend. After the snorkeling, they offered us a first drink. We saw in the revieuws that the drinks were okay but not anything special. I can confirm. We got a couple of drinks but there was no 'open bar' experience. Still the crew didn't give us a propper welcome. For me it looked like they didn't like their job and were pushing throug another day. Finally we made it to the Island, there we we had a giant buffet and free drinks. This part was lovely. 100% Would recommend! After 3 hours we went back on the boat and went to another island where you could buy souvenirs and stuff. We didn't really bother and went for a drink. I would rather have a longer stay at the first island. In general the communication and transportation was immaculate, the trip itself wasn't worth the money. Kind regards Elia

We did this trip as a family of 4 which included my 2 daughters 7 & 9. Angel Franco was our guide for this trip and made sure we all had a great time along with the rest of the crew. It was a great way to go and see isla mujeres which is well worth a visit and had more then enough time to explore the island before heading back. Lunch and service on board was really good and would definitely recommend.

One of our best weather days in Cancun was our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres. We stay at Villa del Palmar & normally take the local Punta Sam Ferry across, so this was a nice switch up. We got the boat at the dock, just off the resort beach, so it was super convenient. The staff were friendly & hospitable. The boat was clean. A few from our group enjoyed the snorkeling. Everyone wore a waist floatation device, as required. We enjoyed our day on the water to the fullest! I will list a couple of “CONS” though: - docking fee to be paid before boarding @ an additional $20USD per person. We did know this in advance but an additional expense nonetheless - we were told maybe 22 people on board and that’s not the case. Boat felt very crowded & overbooked. - two hours on the island is not enough time if you are wanting to explore and rent golf carts. Felt rushed. - drinks are quite watered down but that’s probably not a bad thing! LOL

We booked our tour to Isla Mujeres through Amsa in our hotel. sailing was really nice, the staff was funny, polite and very friendly. We had a short break for snorkeling, after we was served with the lunch on board. Drinks was offered all the time during the trip. Isla Mujeres didn't meet our expectations. It was over crowded and we didn't like it but experience with the "Cancun Adventures" was very pleasant 💖💖🥰🥰Good job guys.

So we paid for the platinum which was supposed to be 20 people only turns out there were 45 people on the boat, the buffet was similar totally not worth paying $45 per person + $15 per person for some kinda tax we payed $230 for 4 people and received bad service and lies. I had gone for my first time back in October and the platinum was actually that 20 people on the boat a welcome drink better snorkel experience I will not be doing this excursión again atleast platinum
