Marietas Islands: Breathtaking Hidden Beach Escape

The water surrounding the islands is an unbelievable aquamarine color, and the islands are a protected national park, meaning the marine life thrives. Snorkeling or scuba diving here reveals a vibrant underwater ecosystem teeming with tropical fish and coral. Above the surface, you'll spot diverse bird colonies, including the iconic Blue-footed Booby. Went as a couple and was simply amazing.

Great crew, good drinks and decent food. I enjoyed the boat trip a lot. May be it would be possible to offer „young sixties“ to use the ladder to get off the boat. By jumping off the boat I got saltwater in my ears and nose, which spoiled my day a bit. My friend enjoyed swimming and snorkeling a lot, I did not like the obligatory life jackets . Mine was not possible to adjust properly so that swimming was no fun…. Otherwise: GREAT DAY

It was a good trip, but it would be helpful if they tell you from.the beginning that they have a pothogrper in the boat and the price of the package of the pictures, I dint know and I got my phone wet. If I knew from the beginning I would have paid the photo package and would risk my phone, that why I gave them 4 stars because they don't explain you the sevices form the beginning of the trip, so next time please tell everybody that you can mange all the pictures and that we don't need to take our phones

The staff are very helpful with any requests or suggestions—I really appreciate their ‘can-do’ attitude! The open bar was my friend’s fave part while the visit to Playa Nopalera was mine. The snorkeling was decent given the visibility, I must’ve seen >5 different species including the Blue-footed booby birds perched on the rocks by where we snorkeled! It is great for children—the water slides, high jump deck & floating sports would entertain kids of any age for hours! Please be generous in tipping these locals, it’s their livelihood!

Carlos at the tour office was extremely nice. The crew on the catamaran was very good,funny and professional. Free alcohol, good vibes,a day of pure fun and lots of ocean...

Went with my 12 year old. Had an incredible time and I usually hate touristy stuff. The crew was great. Plenty of drinks and food. Tons of fun.

Chica Locca tours is definitely the company to go with for Puerto Vallarta area tours. Staff is engaged and supportive. We wanted to add a tour to Lovers Beach and they made the permit process seamless and had it included before we boarded the boat for the main tour. If you want photos make sure you bring a waterproof case. All islands are wet landing.

We had an amazing experience thanks to the great crew. The food was fantastic and the drinks kept coming. I would highly recommend this tour.

Second time with this tour and always excellent! Super friendly and attentive, bi lingual staff. We had a light breakfast and then a full lunch brought out to us from another boat. Just beautiful views.
