Abdul did a fantastic job driving as well as giving detailed background on the region as well as the current political landscape. He catered the tour to our interests and answered every question.

Abdul was fantastic. He stopped at multiple great spots where we could see the different valleys in the Atlas mountains and take striking photos. He also had incredibly deep knowledge of the history and culture of the area and answered any questions that we had. The lunch was also delicious. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and get a glimpse of rural Berber life.

We went on this trip expecting to see some pretty landscapes & hoping to eat some tasty food, but what we got was the highlight of our trip! Our guide for the day was Abdul, & he absolutely made the day in our opinion. His local knowledge is absolutely unmatched, and he seemed to have friends wherever we went. He told us plenty of stories about his life and Moroccan history, and his pride for his people and cultural heritage shone throughout the day. The scenery was stunning, of course. Each valley had a slightly different character, and it was a joy to travel through them. Abdul is a good driver. There were plenty of opportunities to stop & take photos. In one valley, we spent about an hour on foot to take pictures and breathe the fresh mountain air, which was delightful. We also stopped for tea by a river, and at an Argan Oil cooperative, which were pleasant diversions. Lunch was prepared & served in a family home, and was the best thing I ate all trip. Dietary requirements had been confirmed at the start of the day, and I had a personal vegetable tagine, while others in the party had chicken. All food was perfectly seasoned, and we ate with a stunning view of the mountains, tucked under thick blankets and with steaming hot Berber tea. The group size of 5 in total was ideal.

What a lovely way to spend a morning and early afternoon. We had a fantastic Berber guide who was full of history and cultural information as we headed into and through the mountains. Although the first valley has the scenic walter side dining/cafe locations, the real natural beauty of the Atlas mountains is in the subsequent valleys. Our lunch with a Berber family was delicious and all items were sourced from their own garden behind the house. We were very happy with this experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants to see some more countryside.

Abdel was a very engaging and informative guide as well as very patient and considerate. I really enjoyed hearing about the amazigh people and Morocco. The mountains were beautiful and best of all was a delicious meal prepared by a local family and presented perfectly overlooking a scenic valley.

My tour guide Abdil was absolutely brilliant, he had a world of knowledge to share and he ensured that everyone’s needs were looked after. My favourite part was having lunch in a Berber home prepared by a wonderful Berber family whilst in the presence of the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Truly breath taking views! I would highly recommend this tour!

We had an incredible day exploring the Atlas Mountains and 5 Valleys with Mohammed, easily the best guide and driver you could ask for. Mohammed’s deep knowledge of the region and Berber culture made the tour exceptionally informative and enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and his warm personality along with great humor made the journey truly special. The drive through the mountain passes included beautiful viewpoints and well-paced stops, with Mohammed’s expert driving putting us at ease throughout. The highlight of the day was visiting a Berber family for a traditional meal, which was absolutely the best food we’ve had in the region. The family was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the authentic Berber dishes were deliciously prepared with love and care. Sharing this meal with the family added a genuine cultural experience that made the tour much more than just sightseeing. We highly recommend Mohammed for anyone wanting a memorable and authentic day in the Atlas Mountains. The combination of breathtaking landscapes, a knowledgeable guide, and amazing food made this one of the best tours we’ve ever experienced. We want to sincerely thank Mohammed for making our day so special and memorable. His kindness, expertise, and hospitality truly made the trip unforgettable.

I want to say that the people were amazing. The driver was helpful and provided commentary. We saw all the valleys and ate a delicious lunch (there was no breakfast). The argon oil stop was lovely and so was the tea stop. The views were stunning. But I really thought more walking would be involved as there is mention in the description that hiking would be included to some waterfall but what ended up happening was we walked on the road for 30 mins. If I knew it was 95% driving I wouldn't have signed up because it's a good 7 hours of driving and we had a sahara desert trip later that would involve many more hours of driving.
