Zakopane: Breathtaking Tatra Mountains Alpine Escape

Our guide for the day, Casper, was brilliant from start to finish. Picked up on time, extensive knowledge not only about zakopane, but also polish history in general, general affairs, krakow, and was super friendly, happy to chat and answer any questions. We learnt so much! Would highly recommend booking with these guys!

Overall it was a very nice experience...would have been a 5 but the WC normally available in the town of wooden houses was not available that day...time it took to find a WC left no time to explore the wooden houses...

Excellent tour, very interesting. Poor weather but still saw the main attractions except the mountains which were mist bound.

Was a great day, very informative. Need to dress warm as can get cold. We had a great lunch up the top of the cable car with a view of the mountains was brilliant

Informative pleasant young polish guide. Very accommodating. Zakopane and wooden town nearby so unique. Chalet style homes, cheese and vodka tasting all made for a full memorable day trip from Krakow

What a brilliant day in zakopane thanks to our driver Tomasz. Tomasz went above and beyond, he picked us up from our hotel and he had 2 bottles of water for us. He gave us alot of information about our day and what to expect. Tomasz stopped at a petrol station on the way so we could grab a coffe and a bite to eat. When we arrived at zakopane Tomasz explained what to do and where to go. We had 3 hours free time to explore then we met back at the car park then we set off back. Tomasz dropped us back off at our hotel. We've had a fantastic day and thank you for the eggs Tomasz 😊

This was a well organised trip. Our driver picked us up on time and gave us interesting information about each place we visited.

Pick up from hotel prompt. Comfortable minivan. David our guide helpful, pleasant, gave good information. Wooden village interesting and needed a little bit longer there. Fun having cheese and vodka at shepherds hut. Zakopane Enjoyed funicular, lovely views at top. However just a big tourist resort with stalls and restaurants mainly. Nice church. Didn't really see why a stop was made at ski slope for 10 mins. Could have parked up pointed out and moved on. Wooden church was worth a visit. Overall we enjoyed our day trip and weather was perfect.
