Good experience. Heavy rain and flood at Bach Ma National Park forced us to cancel the trip, and the tour company has reasonably refunded part of the fee. Friendly tour guide and driver. Not a successful trip this time, next time I will come back during better weather season.

This was one of our best experiences while travelling around Vietnam. It really took you off the beaten track and showed you the quieter spots of the National Park. The guide was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and informative. The tour guides were all great fun and made it feel like a very relaxed tour. I would heavily recommend this to anyone visiting this part of Vietnam. There is souch wildlife, so many tranquil spots and beautiful waterfalls.

We really enjoyed the tour – the nature was stunning and the whole experience was amazing! Everything was well organized, but our guide arrived late, and it would be much better if the tour could start on time. At the very end there was an option to go down to the waterfall – the view was absolutely breathtaking and worth it, but since it’s about 1,300 steps, it would have been helpful if this was explained earlier. Some people had to rush down while others were left waiting. Overall, a beautiful trip that I would recommend, with just a couple of details that could be improved.

(see the second half for the negative aspects) 👍👍 Very punctual pick-up. Very comfortable and clean van. Super friendly and warm-hearted guides with decent English. Food was okay and a request for vegetarian food was catered for. Additional snacks was fruit which was great. 👎👎 The itinerary was the following: 1 hour driving --> unnecessary 15 min break --> 45 min driving --> 25 min wait for guides to regroup --> 45 min drive up the mountain road --> a 10/15 min walk --> break --> a 10/15 min walk back --> 5 min drive --> another long break and waiting to receive lunch box and waterproof backpack --> 60 min slow trek along a river --> 45 mins lunch break --> 30 min walk to waterfall --> another long break --> another short walk --> drive back. NOT as described in the info. We heard extremely basic and generic info regarding both history and nature. I know that this is expected as guides cannot depend on everyone being interested to hear detailed information about anything but I learned more about the history of the place with 5 minutes of reading the descriptions in the photo exhibition inside the building on the mountain peak. ❗ The entire pack is misleading - the '5 lakes' are actually 5 large ponds in the river that the cascades of falls have formed in the gorge. ❗ Going to the mountain peak happens along a paved path and it's a 10-min walk. Making it to the beginning of the river trail happens by hopping back on the van. The trail itself is a bit crowded, very secure and not particularly challenging with all the ropes available and quite short itself - THIS ISN'T A HIKE. ❗❗ The worst part: you don't get to see the Do Quyen waterfall AT ALL. Not only (according to the guide) it's inaccessible from below, but when you make it to the top of it, there is a little fence that prevents you from going just a little further where you can probably see it at least a little bit. Overall the trip is certainly not worth it if you're thinking you're going for a day of trekking. This isn't a mountain trek that you'd prefer to do with an experienced guide. This is a tourist spot that is, annoyingly, made impossible to visit on your own so you have to pay for the service. Heavily, heavily non-recommended for keen mountaineers. If you just want a nice outing and you don't normally spend time in mountains, then surely go for it.

Booked via WhatsApp, because booking for just one person was not possible via TripAdvisor. Quick responses and very friendly via WhatsApp. Took food preferences (vegetarian) into account, lunch was really good. The weather was unfortunately not good (fog, rain, wind, and it was pretty cold), but it was still amazing. The trek definitely asks for a certain level of fitness and an adventurous spirit: climbing, sometimes on all fours, wading through water, struggling over slippery stones... So take this into account when booking, but I loved it. The highlight of the tour was definitely our guide Chamie. She was dedicated to making it a great day for our little group of 3, told us a lot of stories and was just overall amazing!

Very beautiful hike. Your feet will get wet crossing through the stream. Our guide Linh was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a safe and enjoyable experience.

An unforgettable experience at Bach Ma National Park, thanks to our incredible guide, Linh! She was not only professional but also hilarious and engaging. Her funny and animated explanations about the plants, insects, and animals made learning so much fun and easy to understand. The hiking trails were adventurous, and Linh kept the energy high and the journey exciting. Her knowledge and humor truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend her for a 5-star adventure!

We were worried about visiting in the October because of the rainfall. At the end we experienced the best possible weather for such hike with beautiful fog. We got a waterproof bag with onigiri snacks and even a raincoat . This was the best tour I have experienced in the whole Vietnam . We even walked barefoot in the rivers and on the rocks. Thanks a lot from Simon and Jana from Czech Republic!

Really enjoyable experience and stunning scenery in the national park. Thuy was a great guide and gave us lots of facts about the national park and the wildlife. Small tour group meant the experience was a bit more personal. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The best nature tour I have done so far in Asia. Real hiking with some good elevation gain if you choose to do the leg to the big waterfall. Everything was perfect, from the guides to the drivers and everything else. Highly recommend!
