Bavarian Fairytale: Private Neuschwanstein Tour from Garmisch

We had Jake for a day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle. He went above and beyond, telling us about the local history and showing us additional sites. We would highly recommend this company.

We went from Munich to Neuschwanstein castle. Wow. What an amazing day and tour. Our tour guide was unbelievable and so fun. He immediately picked up our pace and just did an outstanding job. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch and ice cream. The monastery stop was also interesting and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone! The private car and guide is fully worth every penny.

Our private full-day tour with Jake was exceptional from start to finish. This tour was a great way to beat the crowds at the castle. The tickets sell out early (9:30). By going through the tour company we didn’t have to worry about missing out.

Jake and All Things Garmisch was by far the best tour guide and tour experience we had on our trip to Germany. Not only was he knowledgeable but also tailored our tour to fit the needs of our family. His personality and his storytelling made the experience even more memorable!

We did the full day private tour to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof with "The Professor " as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. We have since come home and watched a couple of documentaries as we were interested in the historical stories surrounding the site. Everything we were told on the tour checks out on the documentaries! Everything happened as described.....hotel pickup, timed entrance tickets to the castle, adding a stop at Linderhof in the afternoon. This private tour worked out great for us !

Spent a wonderful day with Jake seeing the castle/palace! He took care of everything! The Mercedes Van was sooo comfortable! History lesson was fun. Neuschwanstein & Linderhof Palace were magnificent! I would book this again!

Although Neuschwanstein is a splendor all on its own, Rose made this tour unforgettable. She arrived 3 minutes early and didn’t get frustrated when we needed an extra 10 minutes (we were still jet lagged!) and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Throughout the trip Rose shared the history of the castle as well as the history of Germany to provide us with the needed context to understand what was taking place at the time of King Ludwig II. I’m sure all the guides are wonderful and I am so happy we had Rose to be there as we created lifetime memories.

Lucas was so well versed in all things Bavaria! He was so kind and helpful! He took us to an extra UNESCO site that was the most beautifully adorned cathedral I have ever seen! A must book experience!
