We had a wonderful experience climbing around Tiské stěny, the Pravčická Archway, and Neurathen Castle. As a group of six (plus a friend we made along the way) both Sam and Filip were wonderful guides that answered all of our questions while keeping a good pace. The landscapes were perfect in October and it was a great way to learn more about the Czech country outside of Prague.

Had an amazing day out on this day trip. Stunning scenery the whole day, and our guide Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, and excellent chats along the way!

The views were incredible. Sam and Phil were super nice and very knowledgeable. The lunch restaurant was quaint and tasty. They picked us up right from the hotel and supplied us with water and ample bathroom breaks. Highly recommended.

Amazing views, some lovely exercise, good food, and a fun guide. Definitely go in autumn! Some heights to contend with, but totally worth it.

Our day trip to Saxon Switzerland with Bohemian Tour was one of the highlights of our travels. Vladimir, our guide, was excellent—calm, informative, and very considerate throughout the day. He led us along quieter, lesser-known trails around the Bastei, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking scenery away from the crowds. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and special.

We had an amazing day exploring Saxon Switzerland with Bohemian Tour, and a big part of what made it so memorable was our guide, Vladimir. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the region. Vladimir guided us through the Bastei and surrounding areas with ease, choosing less crowded paths that allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning natural beauty without the hustle and bustle. His insight into the area's history and geography added so much depth to the experience. What stood out the most was how thoughtful he was throughout the tour—taking time to help us capture some truly wonderful photos that we’ll treasure as memories of this trip.

Great hiking (and some optional climbing) with big payoffs at the end! Bastei bridge was crowded, but Vladimir found us good views and space away from lines. Perfect Saturday weather meant a lot of folks were out, but we were nearly alone at Pravcicka Gate and Tisá due to good planning of the tour. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mirek was an excellent guide! He catered to our needs throughout the journey and shared wonderful insights about each location we visited. He was extremely friendly, patient, and even managed to keep my child entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!

We had a great one-day experience outside Prague, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. My husband and I took this tour on our first full day of our holiday, and it was the perfect way to start our trip. Mirek, our tour guide, was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help. He shared interesting insights about the area and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

- For the Pravcicka Gate option, you need to be able to walk at least 5 km (3 miles) with an elevation gain of about 250 m (820 ft) over uneven terrain and some steps. This hike is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or health issues.

Greetings from Bohemian Switzerland national park, and the Bohemia Adventures team. Thank you for your reservation. Our professional guide will meet you between 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. in front of your accommodation at your Prague address. The return time is usually between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. but it may vary depending on the pace of the group, etc. One day before the tour we will email you an exact pickup time along with the weather forecast. Please, do not forget to take your passport (ID) with you as the trip to Germany is part of the tour. As you have booked a hiking option, we recommend wearing hiking boots or sports shoes suitable for uneven surfaces. An à la carte lunch and a snack pack with water are already included in your tour. If you have any dietary preferences such as vegetarian, or vegan meals, please let us know. You need no special equipment for the tour, only clothes comfortable for movement outdoors and a daypack may come in handy. We provide free walking poles, raincoats, etc for you to borrow. If you choose the EASY OPTION, instead of the hike to the Pravcicka Gate, you will have extra time for self-guided exploration of the picturesque village of Hrensko (the center of the national park). It is necessary to remember that steep stairs are located at several parts of the trail on the way to reach the boat ride and the same on the way back. Therefore we do not recommend taking this tour in case you are healing from any injuries with your ankle, leg, knee, etc. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding this. Our guide can advise you during the drive to the national park to decide whether the Boat ride or the Pravcicka gate hike (longer in distance but not so steep) is better for you. Besides the aforementioned stairs, the rest of the tour around Bastei Bridge goes along rather flat and very well-maintained trails, and they're easy to walk on. Enjoy your tour!
