Francisco took care of us from the get go. My husband was limited on his walking and Francisco made sure to accommodate us. The area was beautiful. Great way to spend our last day and with our tour guide. I highly recommend Badger Tour when visiting Portugal. We will be back.

The half day Arrabida tour was excellent value at 65 euros including as it did a wine tasting and a visit to an azulejos maker. But the real highlight was the scenery, with an abundance of beautiful coastal landscapes.

I recently took a full-day tour of Arrábida National Park combined with a wine tasting experience near Lisbon—and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The day was perfectly planned, incredibly scenic, and full of local charm. Our guide, Francisco, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the region. The drive through Arrábida National Park was breathtaking, with stunning coastal cliffs, lush green hills, and hidden beaches that felt untouched. We stopped at several scenic viewpoints, perfect for photos, and even had some time to stroll along one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. After soaking up nature, we headed to a family-run winery in the Setúbal region. The experience was intimate and authentic—no big crowds, just a peaceful setting and excellent wines. We tasted a range of varietals, including the famous Moscatel de Setúbal, and learned a lot about the local winemaking traditions. This tour was the perfect combination of nature, culture, and relaxation. It felt like discovering a hidden gem just outside Lisbon. If you’re looking for something beyond the typical city tours—something that gives you a taste of Portugal’s natural beauty and wine heritage—this is the one to book.

The Sesimbra region was absolutely beautiful and Francisco was so knowledgeable and wonderful! We loved the historical and cultural tidbits he offered while expertly navigating stunning cliffside roads with the most amazing views.

We had a wonderful trip through the National Park and along the coast and had very beautiful views. The driver was very kind and told a lot details about the surroundings and stopped many times so we could enjoy the view. There was no rush and the trip was very relaxing. I booked this half day tour before we went on holiday, all easily arranged by email. When we arrived even though we were the only people who’d booked it for that day, they were happy for it to go ahead so effectively we had a private tour, Our guide , Fransisco was very knowledgeable and helpful and we had a lovely afternoon exploring the Setubal peninsula. We recognised Francisco from a few years back when he took us from Sesimbra to Lisbon airport . It wasn’t enough to drop us off at departures he actually took us to the TAP check in desk!
