Luxury Sunset Escape: Private Poseidon Temple & Sounion Riviera

Dimitri was a great guide, texted us to offer option of dinner before or after sunset, was informative and entertaining during the drive and of course, Cape Sounio and temple AR sunset was unforgettable!

Beautiful ride to important and beautiful historic site. Driver knew a delicious place to eat and watch the sunset. We had a terrific evening!

Great afternoon with John who shared a lot about Greece, some history and general knowledge. Had a wonderful dinner at The Four Brothers on the way home. Beautiful sunset.

Cannot recommend this tour enough!!! Let me start with our driver, Dimitris. We absolutely loved him, he treated us like old friends. The drive down the coast was beautiful! We stopped at beautiful Lake Vouliagmeni, formed by a cavern collapse where the water stays comfortably warm all year. The Temple of Poseidon was spectacular, and the sunset was just incredible!! We got lucky and even saw a marriage proposal!! Ended the evening at a small restaurant (sorry can’t remember the name, it was late) where we had the most delicious Souvlaki. Can’t end this without mentioning Dimitris again, he was just outstanding

This tour was the highlight of our stay in Athens. The temple itself is beautiful, but seeing it at golden hour was amazing. Our tour guide and driver, George, was very helpful and took us to a delicious restaurant with seafood afterwards. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

We had an excellent tour and the timing was perfect for sunset pictures. The highlight was the dinner on the way back at “Τα 4 Αδέρφια" - Ψαροταβέρνα. The service was excellent and everything we ordered to eat was amazing. The fresh fish was cooked to perfection.

This tour wa exceptional! The coastline views and sunset at the temple were beautiful! George took us to the most amazing restaurant for dinner…. The 4 Brothers!! 😍 Wonderfully fresh and tastefully prepared Greek dishes! You won’t be disappointed!

George picked us up at our hotel and began the driving tour. George is knowledgeable and able to adapt the tour to our needs. We did some walking at Poseidon and got great pictures. To top off our day we stopped for gelato!

Dimitris was a lot of fun, knowledgeable, and a great tour guide. He took his time, engaged in interesting discussions, and was a good driver.
