Our tour guide was Lex. He’s very informative, kind, and made sure that we have a great experience and see all the beautiful places. I will definitely be booking with Viator again and hoping to have Lex as our tour guide again 🙏🏼

I enjoyed Prague and the Budapest river cruise the most. This trip was a good sampling of many locations. Our guide ‘Miriam’ was awesome and made the experience most enjoyable.

Miriam was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional and fun! We were able to see a lot of highlights in multiple countries and still had time at each place to have authentic food.

Tour guide Mirjam was great. Very bubbly and happy all the time. She was firm with meeting times but very friendly.

Honor its promise and agreement in relation to hotel accommodations arrangement Bed and Breakfast Hotel. Not to mention the room was terribly small with poor amenities, the bed size suited kids more. As I was afraid I would fall onto the ground in the middle of the night my wife and I moved mattress onto the ground and slept on the floor. I had contacted the Reception asking for room upgrade to a larger size room at my expenses but was replied that all the rooms in the hotel were of the same size except 3 bed-room family room but bed size the same. We really had a long and difficult night. When making the tour booking It was promised and agreed with us to have 3-star (minimum) comfortable hotel during the tour. Viator has definitely not honored the agreement. I am a regular old customer of Viator. On this occasion, I am absolutely disappointed and lost my confidence on Viator on future booking of tours with them.

Very poor accommodation arrangements !!! It was promised and agreed to the hotel accommodations would be 3-star (minimum) comfortable hotel. Terribly, the accommodation arranged last night (i.e.29.7.23) for the tour is a bed and breakfast Airport hotel. Each room has 2 beds, the size of it suits a kid more. My wife and I moved the mattress onto ground and slept on the floor. I tried to contact the Reception for room grade to a larger size at my own expenses and was given a reply that the size of all the rooms in the hotel was the same, What they had a bigger room was a family room with 3 beds but the size of the bed made no different. Really terrible ! Viator does honor its agreement. I totally lose my confidence on booking future tour again via Viator !
