Unforgettable La Ciotat: Private Kayak & Calanque Escape

We had a truly amazing time – breathtaking landscapes, so much fun on the water, and the photos are absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much!

Although we were an hour late, Justine was very kind and understanding of our tardiness. She was very lovely and gave us a good demo on how to paddle properly, and equipped us in the appropriate kit. Although we encountered some choppy waters whilst on our way to the calanques, where we got to swim around by lovely beaches. There is a possibility to visit and island with a restaurant which is very fun. We greatly enjoyed the trip. Would highly recommend, especially if the day is sunny!

Ms Elle was a fantastic tour guide! We got to go in caves, see beautiful scenery, and have a great time! Highly recommend this for couples, families, and anyone looking for a fun outing!

An exploratory kayak experience with water caves and an island to explore on foot is you choose. What a great way to spend a day. We began at 9:00 sharp to get as much time as possible. Love every minute.

Rented a kayak for 3 hours off season and had a great time exploring the nearby calanques and the Ile Verte. Expenature sent a very useful packing list for a kayak trip which helped me get organised, and Romy was excellent to explain the surroundings and ensuring safety at sea. Great tips from him, and great service even though I returned the kayak late cos I was having such a great time. Will definitely come back for another kayak adventure.

Raphaelle was really helpful and made sure I knew my way round the kayak before I went on my trip. I had an absolute blast (the day was glorious). Really happy with the friendly service, plenty good enough gear; Highly recommended.

We had booked a kayak from 9am-12pm. Although we were on site very early, the check in only opened at 9am sharp (although the staff were already on site). The briefing was very (too) detailed: anyone who has ever kayaked knows how to hold a paddle... There were some other guests on site, so we could only start at 9:30 am. So we were only available 2.5 hours on the water: too short to reach the island or Muggle Bay in peace: paddling there, looking and back again in a sprint... a great pity that - despite demand - the 30 minutes were not left to us (no, the kayaks were not fully booked for the afternoon!). The entrance to the sea is very slippery, here a railing / handrail would be very helpful and would prevent some falls with risk of injury. The looseners are not locked - anyone can open the compartments. Valuables should not be kept there. The price for 2.5h kayaking (56 € per boat for 2 guides) I find very expensive. We would have liked to book the kayak for the whole day: at 84€ it was much too expensive for us!
