Ann was delightful, knowledgeable, personable, and energetic. We (group of 10) thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Even through the rain - which she handled by doing her best to have us stand in covered places. Boat tour was really nice - and the rain stopped midway. Glad we all signed up for this! Great historical context to delightful city! She walked a little fast for a few of our group but we caught up!

Can’t recommend this walking tour highly enough! Our guide, Fabienne, was extremely knowledgeable about Bruges, had a wonderful sense of humor, and was the kind of storyteller who brought history to life. The walk was an easy pace, included a 30-minute boat ride, and touched on a number of highlights we hoped to see, including setting us on the right path to find something we’d missed the day before. Very grateful we participated!

A super complete overview of the city’s historical sites, including some perfect photo spots under the fall trees and over the beautiful bridges. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, and patient and knew everything around the city’s history, development and current life. The boat tour was also a great way to see the city from a different angle. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very simple walk and boat ride around the city center of Bruges, but it was incredibly enjoyable and compact! With this tour, you already have a canal boat ride reservation, you get to taste a chocolate from a member of the Belgian Chocolatier Guild, and you get a very informative local guide (mine was Fabienne, she was lovely!) who can answer all your questions and shows you the highlights of Bruges history! For a solo traveler with just one night in Bruges, this was the perfect tour to maximize my time and learn about the history of the city from a local guide.

Meeting point was exactly as described. Frank was well informed and knowledgeable. Walking, chocolate, boat trip, waffles.

Absolutely great way to experience all of Bruges, including the canals, for a few hours. Even my teenage kids were interested... most of the time anyway. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Our guide Fabienne was a local and very knowledgeable. She was very funny and answered all our questions. The walk was interesting and we covered a lot of sights. The boats tour was in-between walks. Brilliant choice as we could rest before doing more walking. I would recommend this tour.

Bruges is such a beautiful city. I wished we had planned more than just one day there. The tour was excellent. Fabienne was terrific. She gave us lots of tips and insight into Bruges. The boat ride was charming.
