This was an interesting, picturesque and delicious experience of Montmartre! Our tour guid, Elliot, was engaging and a wealth of information about the history of the area and the food we were sampling. We tasted a variety of French staples, sweet and salty, at some of the oldest and best establishments in Montemartre. Everything was spectacular! We really enjoyed Elliott and what he brought to the tour with his energy and enthusiasm for the food and wine of France. We had a wonder time and would recommend this tour experience to anyone traveling to Paris.

This was a fantastic in depth walking tour that blended history, little bites of food at different shops, 2 glasses of wine & a plate of cheese, local artists’ signatures on the walls (that you’ll recognize in other parts of Paris as well), and an unforgettable view of the city from the top of the hill. Our guide, Pierre-edouard was super knowledgeable and grew up in the area. He was fantastic in leading our group through the area.

Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and clearly passionate about French cuisine and Montmartre’s artistic heritage. They shared fun stories and insights that added so much depth to the experience. By the end, I felt like I’d not only tasted some of the best food Paris has to offer but also gained a genuine connection to the neighborhood. This was a very fun afternoon filled with food and tidbits of info about the locally-owned businesses in Montmartre. Julie led a fascinating tour up the hill, winding through the neighborhood to visit shops for bites of traditional French cuisine. She easily accommodated dietary restrictions in our group, and every stop was expertly curated and ready to serve the tour. We met other travelers from the US in our group, and tried food items we would not have sought out on our own. We are still talking about the macrons!

Pierre was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and excited to show us around his neighbourhood. Everything we ate was an absolute treat, the wine was so lovely, and supporting the best local businesses was so fantastic. It was the best way to see and experience Montmartre for the first time!
