VIP Busan Coastal Journey: Private KTX Day Trip from Seoul

We had a great time with our tour guide, Young. We took the train in from Seoul and only had about 8 hours in Busan, but Young made sure to show us as much of it as he could: Gamcheon culture village, Jagalchi fish market, Haeundae beach, APEC building on Camellia island, and the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple all in one day! We also particularly enjoyed the Korean course lunch at a restaurant of his recommendation. He drove us around the city all day, and we left feeling like we got a good (despite it being brief) overview of Busan. Highly recommend this tour if you only have a short time in Busan!

Amazing tour with an amazing tour guide! We did a private tour with CK, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Busan and Korea as well as incredibly compassionate and patient. We had voiced some of our interests in the beginning of the tour and he ended up coming up with a unique itinerary based on everything we said wanted to see and try while still giving us the option of adhering to the original plan. Would definitely recommend!

Visiting South Korea should include Busan as one of the itinerary, nice city, good experience. Our private tour guide Jay was very knowledgeable & professional, took us to an authentic Korean restaurant that we loved.

This is a boutique experience. Your tour guide goes out of his way to show you as much of Busan as he can, while doing his best to cater to your specific needs and wants. Our tour guide, Choi Yung, was informative and warm and made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour was perfect from beginning to end. After I booked this tour, I requested a seat upgrade to first class and the tour operator were able to accommodate the request because it was requested in advanced. Both Jay (pick up from hotel to Seoul train station) and Mira (Busan tour guide) were excellent in communication. They both contacted me the day before about the specifics. Jay - he was on time and was on the first floor with a sign with our name on it so it was easy to find him. While driving to the train station, he even gave us some history of the buildings around us, which I really appreciated. He helped us get some food, which was also a request communicated ahead of time and helped us find our seats. Mira - She is great. She’s accommodating. My son and husband were not feeling seafood on the day of the tour because of their stomach issues so she was able to change the plan for lunch and re-arranged the sites. She asked me exactly what we were aiming to do on the day of, see as many sites as possible or take time and enjoy the sites. I told her, maybe hit something in the middle. We discussed revising the suggested itinerary / sites and it was perfect. She was also able to guide us to our seats after the tour. Sites - we were able to picked the sites we wanted to see. I think this was successful because I did my own research ahead of time and I was very specific when I talked to Mira. We all enjoyed the sites. The tour was really perfect, can’t find anything to complain about.

We did a t 10 day Korea trip, but Busan was not in the itinerary. So, we deduced to try out the 1 day KTX trip to Busan. Not knowing what ti expect, we started with the 2.5 hrs train ride, comfortable & fast. Do carry some food, drinks. Met our guide Yong at Busan, he was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Optimized our trip across the 6 locations & gave us enough time at each to enjoy & take photos. Found us a good place to eat, as one member was Vegetarian. Dropped us back at the station in time. Be ready to walk 6 miles, with some step climbing & a 15 hour haul. Overall an Excellent trip & a workout.

Excellent organization. Attention to detail. Guides speak perfect English. Tagy Travel is really easy to work with. Return from the railroad station to our hotel by car late in the evening after Busan excursion was not advertised but was quickly added at our request. Guides are flexible adjusting itinerary to our small group's wishes. We had 2 excursions, Busan by KTX being one of them, with Tagy Travel on 2 consecutive days and really enjoyed both especially compared to less than satisfying experience in Japan.

Wonderful tour! Mr. Jay met us in Busan and was knowledgeable and kind. His van was also new and very clean. We saw so many highlights of Busan and ate a delicious lunch. We were also taken to our train seats both ways. This was one of our favorite experiences in Korea. Our family truly had the best day! Highly recommend this tour and Mr. Jay!

min was very knowledgeable, catered to our interest but gave us plenty of history. Answered ALL our questions and gave us more photos of us together then the entire 12 days before the tour of our honeymoon. She was amazing. Would highly recommend this incredibly personalized tour.
