This tour will take you up to the base of the “Volcan de Agua” in the indigenous town of Santa Maria de Jesus with an altitude of over 2,070mts above sea level. You will get to visit the local market at the town’s square. As you make your way back down to Antigua, you will stop in the aldea of San Juan del Obispo where we visit the local chocolate factory "Chocolate Antigua" and a local wine store "Vinieria Los Lobos" We get to see the chocolate process on the tour of the small chocolate factory and get to taste some samples of their different chocolate flavors. Our next stop is San Pedro de las Huertas, where we visit a local jade factory and are able to see and learn about making these rocks into fine jewelry. Our next and final stop is the food stop. We visit a local restaurant where we are able to taste local food and some delicious drinks.

We had an amazing experience with Simoon Tours and with Gio as our guide. Everyone was so great to work with and flexible with our needs when booking, and Gio was the best guide ever, making sure everyone was safe and together and giving us great information about the places we went. We would definitely recommend Simoon Tours to everyone!

Antoni was our guide and he was amazing! We loved this tour and highly recommend it to anyone while in Antigua. We were able to visit many historical and cultural places and highly enjoyed our ride!

We had an incredible experience with Simoon Rentals and Tours in Antigua! Riding the ATVs was such a thrill, and our guide Brandon made the whole adventure unforgettable. He took great care of us, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Brandon was knowledgeable and shared so much about the local culture, which gave us a deeper appreciation of Antigua. We had a great Time, Alex is a fantastic Guide. We stoped at a Rural Market with all kind of fresh food, then one of the highlights was the Chocolate Production with Optional Lunch. Also very much recommended to get Lunch and take your time. My wife and I would take a tour with them again.

Amazing tour! Our guide Pedro was so knowledgeable and fun. We had such a great time at all the cultural stops. The chocolate tour and textile tour especially were awesome. I would highly recommend this tour if you are spending some time in lake Atitlan! The tour company was great.

I had a great time. I had booked this tour and when I got to the meet up was told I was the only one who booked. Simon did not cancel me but instead gave me a private driver Erick and he was theeeee best. I seen so many great sights. I felt safe being a solo traveler and Erick was very patient and accommodating to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great experience
