Private Martha Brae Bamboo Raft: Serene River Escape

Had a lovely time, and Blake #112 was the best guide for our experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had some great pieces of handmade artwork. The only reason the water was a little brown.. is that it was raining in the mountains. It was clearer when we first arrived. Make sure to go.. you will have a wonderful time.

Randy picked us up from the resort and stayed with us the entire time. He also allowed us to shop on the way back. Highly recommend

We had a great time wilt Carlos! He was very knowledgeable and gave us a personal tour of some great scenery and downtown of Montego Bay! Let me not forget the authentic Jamaican eats!

We booked a private transfer that picked us up from the hotel. The experience was amazing! Tranquil and picturesque as we passed through the river in the shade. Our guide was friendly, but not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He just let us sit back and enjoy the views and the ride. The line was long when we first got there, but it moved quickly. I hit recommend this excursion. It was amazing!

Our captain McLeod was wonderful. What a fantastic adventure. I was casted at the time of the visit and I had no fear of getting my cast wet. I even got a lime foot massage. Well on the raft going down the river. We saw great wildlife on our way down the river. All of our expectations were fulfilled.

Great views and scenery, good rum punch. Carry cash and a speaker. The driver was also very helpful, showed in time and assisted with everything

It was wonderful and peaceful and beautiful! Carlos are driver was exceptional! He went above and beyond and walked us through every step of the way while giving us very informative information of the island while we are on our drive.

This is such a beautiful, tranquil tour. You glide along on the hand made rafts listening to nothing other than the birds singing, water splashing and some occasional history talks from your guide. Our guide was great and he mostly allowed us to relax but would answer questions and tell us the odd fact as we floated along. My only negative was that stereos should be banned! This is quite a short tour and isn’t overly cheap. I’d say the majority of people book for the tranquil experience. However, we passed two rafts of women (together) who were smoking weed, had loud music blaring out of a speaker and were exceptionally loud! We ended up spending a good ten minutes of our tour floating alongside them, before our guide moved us on a little quicker! I’m all for everyone enjoying themselves, but for us, the noise ruined the experience a little!
