This was a nice transportation service offered from airport. Our flight was late and the delay at immigration was ridiculous. We were about 1.5 hours later than we estimated but they still waited for us. I was most impressed. I wish it was a little easier to understand how to locate the driver. However, once I called the company, they were extremely quick to help me and ensure I got picked up.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
- Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
- You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
