Puerto Vallarta Freedom Tour: 4-Hr Hop-On/Off Discovery!

I was waiting for them, , at the last minute they told have a macanucal problems, and Pickle me up at 11:30am, not at 10:30, then the rest was ok

Bus trip overrated - chocolate factory was a mall chocolate store; air conditioning was very poor - never hardly felt a bit cool; narrator thru the traffic of PV was very difficult to understand in the lower bus; better on the top- bring a hat and water; it goes up the hill going north then turns around- u have 10 to 30 minutes at each vista/stop; bathroom is not till almost the end at the chocolate store mall. The 2 gentleman were very nice and attentive and spoke English. And it is not 4 hours - assuming traffic was better for our excursion which made it shorter!

Very good experience....easy to find at the cruise terminal and right on time....the weather wasn't the best but the experience... was the best...Carlos and our driver Salvador were very good....Carlos was very informative and we enjoyed the whole upper deck experience...it was very fun.....thank you...Shirley Hoi y

Was a great experience. Our driver stayed at some spots for 10-30 minutes so we could get back on the bus as next bus was 2 hours behind. Lots of info.

The description of the tour to me made it sound like we could get on and off as we pleased if we saw something interesting. When we got on a guide told us there’s specific spots they’re going to. We’d stop for 10-20 minutes at 3 of them. (I think there was 9 total). If we got off at any other stops on their route we’d have to wait 2 hours for the next bus. I get that we’d have to wait for the bus to come around again when we hop off but 2 hours is a long time at each spot to wait. The audio was hard to hear over the noise of the bus for the information about the sites. The chocolate factory is actually just a small store. Overall, I was disappointed with what it actually was based off the description of the tour. Mostly the 2 hr wait time was my biggest frustration. The guide was nice and helpful.

The route covers many of the main attractions, and the open-air ride makes it fun and scenic. It’s convenient for first-time visitors, especially if you want to explore without worrying about transportation. Only reason for 4 stars is that timing between buses can be a little inconsistent. Overall, worth it for the price.

Location of bus stop very confusing. No signs posted and most people didn't know where to go. 10:30 bus never showed up. I don't know if they tried to notify me, I didn't have internet. Had to wait an hour for the next one. The tour itself was good.

Having visited Puerto Vallarta previously, I looked forward to being able to get off and explore at a couple of the stops, as I have done in other cities. This bus lets you get off at stops but doesn't have another bus to get on for 2 hours. The stops chosen include expensive tourist-trap shops that sell overpriced merchandise that rebate a commission to the bus company. The bus met expectations. The driver was excellent. The host (tour guide?) was not from PV and knew les history than I did.

On time pickup! the agent very friendly and helpful, answered our questions . Very nice experience at Puerto Vallarta points of interest

It was a really hot day but the bus tour was fun the group of ladies and I really liked it we had enjoyed the beach
