Summit the 'Top of Europe': Jungfraujoch Day Trip from Zurich

Wonderful and amazing experience! Our tour guide kid was hilarious and so helpful! He made sure we all got wonderful pics and an experience of a lifetime! He said hello so many times, if it was a drinking game I would’ve been out lol 😂

It’s a very long day but as long as you are prepared, it’s a great day. Take water and snacks. Make sure you Make the most of the scenery on every leg of the journey.

The views alll along the trip were amazing! It was a beautiful sunny day. Our guide, Kid, was fabulous. He kept us moving, helped everyone get the best pictures, ensured nobody was left behind, and he was entertaining. We loved Kid, he added so much to the experience. And he advised us to get food for lunch before we left Zürich, and to eat it on the cog train during the assent so as not to upset our stomachs. The views from both outside viewing areas were breathtaking. The walk through the glacier was fun and intriguing. The gondola ride on the way down was fantastic with the setting sun turning the mountain peaks to pink and gold. This is a MUST DO experience!

Fantastic!absolutely amazing.we love it! One of the wonders of Switzerland. We enjoyed it so much! It was one of many bucket lists that we hoped one day our family could take.

I had the best tour experience. Our tour guide KID was the best tour guide I have ever experienced. He goes above and beyond for his customers and gave us the entire VIP experience and made my mother and I happy and smile this entire trip. His energy was amazing and I recommend everyone to book with our tour guide KID. He will take all the amazing photos of you and your family and will go above and beyond during your holiday

We had an amazing day going up to the top of Europe. Our tour guy Kid did a great job guiding us every step of the way. It was definitely worth the cost and time.

The trip was a total disaster because of the Tour Guide , named Kid. He was more of a maniac than a tour guide. He was more keen of dictating terms with the guests, literally snatching phones from guests, clicking their pictures snd then getting his photo clicked with them , his own reels made, rather than making the guests feel comfortable. This trip was a nightmare.. it eventually turned out to be Kid's own branding trip, rather than a memorable one for the tourists. He even made statements like " if its not my customer, I dont care if they die" .. it was disgusting. We were hoping that the trip ends sooner. Only because of this maniac tour guide, what could have been otherwise a memorable trip to Jungfraujoch, turned to be a nightmare.. Viator should take strict action against this guide and bar him.
