Wild Dolphin Sail: Breathtaking 5-Hour Ocean Journey!

I booked this trip over a month in advance, and the day before was asked to move the trip from Sunday to Monday due to lack of people. I shifted my itinerary around to accommodate this, only to have it canceled an hour before the tour was supposed to start. At first the reason was due to weather, but I called the guide since there was no rain in the forecast and was told it was actually due to lack of the minimum number of people. It is frustrating to plan your vacation around these tours only to have them canceled last minute. It makes it very difficult to plan other activities. I wish that Randy would have informed us from the beginning that the tour would probably be cancelled instead of wasting two of our days with the hopes of doing this tour.

Loved our experience! Great crew and food and the boat was beautiful! Would highly recommend for a fun family afternoon outing. The sunset from the bow was amazing!

The crew made the experience unforgettable. Their energy and hospitality created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The music set the perfect vibe, and we were treated to refreshing drinks, fresh fruit, and a delicious meal that exceeded expectations. Drinks, Food, Sunset, dolphins, music, and a private beach… what more could you ask for!! This cruise was pure magic! If you're on the fence about booking—don’t hesitate. It’s more than worth it.

Great, affordable wildlife and snorkeling excursion. We saw a whale and her calf, a sea turtle and plenty of birds. The cruise took us to a nice cove where we could snorkel for about an hour. They provide snorkel gear and pool noodles. My wife was a little nervous to not wear a life jacket, but using the pool noodle ended working just fine. They have life preservers for those who can't swim, but they said they are the orange uncomfortable kind. Not great for snorkeling. The crew was attentive, serving drinks, fruit and a delicious dinner.

This was a great sailing adventure. The crew was great, drinks were good and despite the rain we had a great time. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning, we showed up to the meeting spot 5 min prior and no one was there, I had to ask around and by the time I found the contact person he was letting the dingy that was to be taking us to the catamaran leave without us! It all worked out and we were able to get on, but I wish they would have waited at the exact meeting location until the time listed as it was a stressful start to my excursion.

Great experience. We had a great group with us and we made a lot of interesting people on this excursion. I would definitely recommend. The Tour guys were very friendly and they played a diverse set of music so we did not feel as if we were missing out on anything or it was catered towards anyone specifically.

We had such an amazing time on this 5-hour catamaran tour in Tamarindo! The crew and guides were so friendly and welcoming, making sure everyone had a great time. The group on board was fantastic too. People from all over the world, which made the trip even more fun! There were plenty of activities to enjoy: snorkeling, paddle board, and kayak and the highlight was spotting whales and turtles up close ❤️. The included lunch and drinks! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tamarindo!

We were hesitant to do this, as we read mixed reviews. We ended up having a great time, the crew was great, there was an open bar, and they provided equipment for all advertised activities! Would recommend :)

The ride out was a little slow. But the water was wonderful, the food was delicious and the crew was helpful and kind

Things we liked: Amazing view on the trip Lots of snacks and drinks. Friendly staff, including Mateo, the Jr. Capitán. It was a nice small group, as I saw the other boats around with crowds of people, I was grateful that there were only 14 on our boat. We saw great fish. I saw two puffer fish! We also saw sea turtles on the way to the lagoon. I wish there had been flippers for the snorkeling, but that was the only con, really.
