Unforgettable Tarragona & Sitges: Roman Ruins & Beach Bliss

Diego is not only an absolutely fantastic guide but a fascinating conversationalist, too. Thanks to him, this was unequivocally one of the best day tours ever! Stunning Tarragona has so much to see, and friendly Diego, who knows the town and its sites like the back of his hand, warmly welcomed our questions and was glad to share intriguing details with every one of his lucky guests: us! We walked the length of a Roman aqueduct (what an experience!), viewed the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and circus up close, and admired this city by the sea from the top of its archeology museum. All day long, Diego made learning about ancient and medieval history fun! After Tarragona, we had time to relax and have lunch in Sitges and stroll the seashore before our return ride to Barcelona. Diego timed this trip so perfectly that, while driving back, we were treated to the most gorgeous pink (!) sunset that seemed never to end! Tour of Terragona and Sitges was good. Ramon was knowledgeable and good guide. Vehicle good size for 7 people but 8 is bit tight. The front middle seat by driver really shouldn’t be used.

Vincent & Joaquín are the best guides! Sitges and Tarragona are beautiful on their own but quality guides like Vincent and Joaquín made my experience in these two cities even better. This tour provided the right amount of historical context, beautiful views, and relaxing free time to help you make the most of your day in Sitges and Tarragona.

This tour is excellent and well worth the time. Vincent was a great tour guide. The day was has a full agenda but not too packed. Stiges was a perfect spot for lunch after a day of touring Tarragona.

Amazing tour of ancient city of Taragon. We had time to explore on our own. Guide has Lots of information. Friendly and timely. We also saw Stiges beach Town which was a favorite of the group. Vincent and Joaquin were the best. 5 stars.

We learned a tremendous amount about the history, art and culture of Tarragona. Sitges has an incredible beach and Mediterranean atmosphere. Eduardo really gave us a memorable experience and insight into the history of this beautiful part of Catalonia.

My wife and I had a great time on our tour of Tarragona and Sitges. We especially loved Tarragona and could have easily spent the whole day there. The ancient Romans ruins were great and our guide (Lluís) was extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Lluís as a tour guide!

Love the pick up and drop off service. Miquel, our guide, was warm and friendly from the get go, and looked after us really well throughout the day. The itinerary was a good balance of historical sights in Terragona and relaxing beachfront lunch followed by walking tour where we explored the charming lanes and shops in Sitges. Miquel shared with us the history and stories behind the places we went, and also showed us the best photo spots. Overall it was a really enjoyable day trip. Would highly recommend.
