Fabulous bespoke tour of the island. Ricardo was a brilliant and knowledgeable host who checked our trip preferences before we left. Picked up from our hotel and dropped back after we stopped and had a lovely lunch at our last destination. Highly recommended. Wow! A fantastic tour by your team of Funchal and Madeira! Our first time visiting and we were made so welcome and comfortable by your company. Fabulous tour with Ricardo who made the day very relaxed and tailored the itinery and his information to be relevant to what we wanted to do and of interest to our teenage boys, giving some history on area, advising on nice local drinks and treats to try and clearly a very capable and experienced driver in the area and for steep winding road conditions. We all loved the tour and our time in Maderia. Thank you

Diogo was a brilliant tour guide for our half day tour, really knowledgeable about the places we visited and the islands History. Arrived at the hotel on time and spoke perfect English we will be using Diogo again for more tours and airport transfers next time we visit the island.

Diogo was a brilliant guide for our half day tour of the island. He arrived promptly and was so knowledgeable about all the places we visited 4 in all (from Funchal) and about the islands History. Diogo also speaks perfect English. All in all a highlight of our trip. We will be using Diogo again including airport transfers next time.

Diogo is from Madeira and showed us a wonderful time! The sites were spectacular and his knowledge was a history lesson of the area! I highly recommend him!!

We used Tours by Diego having read positive reviews online. Ricardo - Diogo’s brother - was the perfect host. He was relaxed, friendly, informative and had a good sense of humour! The tour was done at a relaxing pace and we never felt rushed at any stage. We had time for a coffee at the top of the Nuns Valley and a very pleasant lunch at Camara de Lobos - Scabbard fish with banana - magic! The whole tour was most enjoyable and we would certainly use Tours by Diogo again - possibly on this visit to Madeira, but certainly on the next one!

We booked an Eastern side of the island trip but given the weather was cloudy, an alternative route was suggested which we agreed to, and we really enjoyed the experience Diego was really informative and great fun to spend the experience with, very friendly, we had a really wonderful day and would book again with Diogo when we return We would thoroughly recommend a trip with Diogo
