1. Taj Mahal is not located in New Delhi, but in Agra which is 200 km away from New Delhi. Taj Mahal is one of the most famous and beautifully crafted monuments in the world. It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The monument is built with white marble and has intricate carvings and designs all over it. The main tomb is enclosed within a grand marble structure with four minarets standing tall on all the four corners. It is located on the banks of the river Yamuna and is considered as a symbol of love and romance.

3. The ticket price for Indian visitors is INR 50 per person, and for foreign visitors, it is INR 1100 per person. Children below the age of 15 are allowed free entry. The monument can be reached through various modes of transportation, including buses, taxis, or trains. The Agra Railway Station is the nearest railhead to Taj Mahal. The Agra airport is also located at a distance of 13 km from the monument, and it takes around 30 minutes to reach it by road.
