This was a fantastically fun day driving an off road buggy through stunning scenery on San Miguel! Andrei our guide was enthusiastic showing us his favorite places and very knowledgeable with facts and legends. Highly recommend this tour!!

The tour was amazing. Sao Miguel itself is a jewel of nature and driving the buggies is wayyy too much fun. Our guide was also super knowledgeable. Whatever you wanted to know, he would know the answer. Overall definitely a tour I recommend.

Great time being out in the open air and seeing many areas in the Western half of Sao Miguel, Azores in the Dune Buggies!!! Great guide and the rest of the people in our group were great! The only thing I would recommend to add to the trip is to provide goggles for everyone as especially with wet roads you get a lot of road debris thrown back at your face. Sunglasses are not quite enough protection by themselves! Great trip and would definitely do it again!!!

Fantastic day, and the guide put a lot of effort into making the experience fun for everyone. We loved seeing all of the viewpoints of the lakes all the way down to the base as well.

Great way to see the western part of Sao Miguel. Bring a jacket and warm pants, as it can be chilly in the mornings. Excellent stops. The tour really felt like unique. The off-roading was the best part! Check before you go to see which trails are open and part of the tour.

there guides were very knowledgeable and able to take us to areas that were the best for photos that were away from all the crowds.

We had a good experience. The tour itself was great. We had a Razer and were part of a convoy of 3 Razers and 3 or 4 quads, led by our guide, in a jeep. This is a beautiful way to see Ponta Delgada, the dormant volcanos, the caldera, the lakes formed by rain. Great adventure ✅ I would recommend it. Worth the money. Contact the company ahead of time and they will pick you up at the ship. Dress warmly - when the temp is 65 and you are at speeds of 30-40 mph and it begins to rain, you will be glad you have a waterproof jacket and fleece.
