Perito Moreno: Breathtaking Glacier Navigation Experience

Fantastic day, Glacier was spectacular. Guide and driver were great, well organised tour, well worth it.

Tour was well organised, we were collected by bus at our hotel on time. Journey to the glacier was easy and our guide Lucia was really friendly and gave great information on the way there. We did the boat trip as well which is highly recommend & plenty of time to wander the walkways.

Good organization, Nicolas, Sebastian and Lesandro were super guides, nice full day with boat trip and pasarelas, I recomeand! 🙌

Excellent, Stunning, Amazing! The Glacier's beauty is far beyond any expectation. The tour is very well organized. There is plenty of time to walk around. The boat tour is exceptional. Thanks a lot to Veronica, she is a fantastic, enthusiastic guide.

This tour felt overpriced for what we got. We were picked up at 10 a.m. and taken to see the glacier. The one-hour boat ride was lovely, with great views and plenty of photo opportunities. After that, we were driven about 10 minutes to the miradors, which have several “hiking trails” — really just balconies connected by stairs. While the views were nice, we ended up staying there for about three hours, which felt much longer than necessary. Many people were just waiting around for the bus for the last couple of hours. The bus was also quite small, so I couldn’t sit next to my husband, which made the ride less comfortable. For the price, I expected a more engaging experience. The day before, we toured with Hielo & Aventura for a similar cost and got to trek on the glacier, which felt like much better value.

One of the best tours I have done.  Excellent tour operator, very good guide and driver.  I debated on which one to go for as there are so many different tour operators offering the same tour.  I eventually chose Patagonia Dreams and so glad I did.  Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.  Any questions I had, were promptly answered.  Communication was very good.  I was told the day before what time to be ready.  The tour bus arrived punctually and off we went.  Excellent guide, very friendly and nice.  So sweet.  Safe driving, clean transport.  The bus had WIFI but forget the internet!  Enjoy the scenery.  Nice small group.  Tour was as advertised.  You know exactly what is included and what is not.  The day was not rushed at all like some tours.  Very relaxing.  You had more than enough time.  The guide also told us a lot about the glacier and the area.  We saw a Rhea and Andean Condors along the way.  I learnt a lot too.  I was a solo female traveller and only English speaker.  She made sure that I was not left out.  She explained everything in Spanish and then English to me.  The itinerary of the day was clearly outlined.  A very enjoyable day.  Perito Moreno Glacier is spectacular.  Exceeded my expectations.  Prepare to take loads of photographs.  I would recommend purchasing the entrance ticket to Parque Nacional Los Glaciares online in advance.  It is easier.  The tour operator will send you the link and tell you which ticket to buy.  It is better to bring your own lunch or snacks.  I am here now in winter.  It is cold but not as bad as expected.  Wear layers and dress warmly.  Windy.  I had a lovely day.  It was my birthday.  I didn't tell anyone but the guide knew as we had to provide our date of births when we booked.  She bought me a chocolate and made sure that I had a lovely day.  It certainly was memorable.  We were back around 16:30. 

We really enjoyed our tour to Perito Moreno Glacier. Nicholas was a great guide and gave us lots of information about the glacier and wildlife. The boat tour was well worth doing. A big thank you to the bus driver too!

The guide picked us from hotel on time. The ride to the glacier was very smooth. We were given clear instructions on every stops. We felt we had ample time to spend on land to get to various viewpoints to take pictures. The boat tour part was nice too. We left our power bank in the bus when we got back to our hotel. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and within half an hour they were able to locate it and returned it back to me at the hotel. We really appreciate it.

The tour included a boat ride that brought us up close and personal to the Glacier which gave us a chance to take amazing pictures. We also had the chance to take aerial photos and appreciate the Glacier at a different vantage point. There was plenty of time given to us to appreciate the Glacier.
