The food was mediocre at best but the experience was amazing overall. I would definitely recommend to a friend, but without the dinner option.

Food was cold/cool to lukewarm. Because of that we didn't eat much. Meat was tough. Service was great though.

Fabulous live Dixieland jazz Bar a little confusing. Food good, variety available. Gorgeous views of the city and the Mississippi River

Took the cruise and dinner package. Something quite iconic about being on a paddle boat on the Mississipi. The boat itself is great and the buffet style food was very good. Music wasn't particularly audible outside the main dining room. As a nighttime cruise there isn't much that can be seen once on the river. Good view of the New Orleans skyline when departing but not much else. Still worth doing though and reasonably priced.

I booked this boat tour in New Orleans for my 30th birthday girls trip. The food was great and the staff were amazing. Specifically, the staff member Marlon, he was AMAZING. He was so kind and helpful during our time on the boat. As soon as he knew it was my birthday he went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He paid special attention to us and made sure we got great pictures throughout the entire boat. He posed us, he hyped us up, he held our coats and purses while we were taking pictures, he came back multiple times to check on us during the night. He was just phenomenal. I wish I could attach the pictures Marlon took of us because he really really did his thing. We love Marlon. He made this experience so memorable and we appreciate him so much!! We wanted to give him a tip before we got off the boat but we couldn't find him. Hopefully, this review gets him a bonus or a raise because he truly truly deserves it. Thank you for making my birthday trip to NOLA amazing, Marlon.

I choose the dinner cruise in December so visibility on the Mississippi River was limited & Captain didn't highlight landmarks. Buffet dinner had a variety & good. Jazz deck needed attention with table set up to creat the mood. Stack & store setting. Should have booked the brunch.

We absolutely loved it! The band, food , and service was amazing! The narration through dinner about the boat and some history was fascinating.

The dinner cruise was great. The Dukes of Dixieland band provided the entertainment and were phenomenal. The various food choices at the buffet offered all the best of New Orleans cuisine.

Food is not good and not enough choices for dessert (pudding so so) The music band should be located in another spot (not at the restroom entrance 😱😱😱)
