I had a lovely day out with Big Bus Tours. From the nice lady explaining the routes and stops to me outside Abu Dhabi Mall. To all the drivers who were all nice and friendly. I really wanted to find the Observation Deck at the Etihad Towers. And their driver Raju on his own break. Very kindly walked me there from the bus stop. So thank you Raju much appreciated. Can't recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you all.

We had an excellent experience with Big Bus Tour Abu Dhabi, thanks to guide NOEL! He was very professional and genuinely helpful from the first moment. He took the time to understand what we wanted and advised us perfectly throughout our stay. We used the Hop-on Hop-off Bus and visited the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Presidential Palace Qasr Al Watan. Noel helped us plan everything efficiently and always secured the best prices for our excursions. He clearly explained our options and made sure we got the most value and the best timing. One highlight was the desert safari! . It was beautifully organized and included everything you could wish for. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and memorable. I paid 344 AED, $135 AUD for an 1:50hr tour. I didn’t realise until I got on at 3:30 the guide told us that it was the last bus, & we shouldn’t get off, just stay onboard until we reach the mall again. So I had just paid full price for a round trip. It was a mistake & didn’t realise it. However the map I was given suggested other time frames. Completely got ripped off, & didn’t enjoy it because I didn’t quite get the full experience of all the places, including the free mosque tour I paid for. A taxi ride would’ve been a much cheaper alternative.

Great day. Very well organised. Lots of information and stops. Raju was really helpful at the presidential palace, helping get us on the bus and gave us some top tips. Will use this company when we visit again
