All bikes are large frame size, too big for anyone under c. 5 foot 6, which was everyone in our group. No helmets available - wearing helmets is not compulsory, but should be an option. No checks that seats were at a comfortable height, no recognition of safety or comfort. No questions from guide about cycling ability / experience befoire we set off. Guide set off too quickly, and rarely checked behind him. He was not a full time quide, told us he has another job and did this on a Saturday, his lack of skill compared to other bike tours I've been on was very obvious. A lovely guy, but not good at this job. The tour took us to all the right places. Information was fine, but no effort was made to ensure everyone could hear, sometimes we could not. Break in the middle of the 3 hours was unneccessary, and too long. Not worth the money.

We have just had the best tour around Krakow on bikes. Mir is amazing, she is very informative as-well as engaging. Sharing the history of the city. As well as sharing honest reviews of good places to visit. Would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing bike tour with Natalia (our tour guide), she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Krakow and Poland history. We learnt a lot and had the chance to see most of Krakow in less than three hours, which we are very thankful for because our feet hurt from walking a lot the past few days. We had a nice coffee/tea break and had the chance to enter to some churches. We highly recommend this type of tour if you want to see a lot in less time and in an effortless way. We really loved it!!! We only suggest to the organizers to have the option to tip in an electronic way, otherwise you need to bring cash and unfortunately we only used credit card during our trip.

A great way to see Krakau and learn about the history of the city and Polen. The guide was excellent and gave good suggestions about what to visit. Not only adults but also children who are interested in history will enjoy it.
