It is amazing just be prepared for the heat and a very long day! The cenote was refreshing and the meal was delicious!

For a tour doing hotel pickups/drop offs and making multiple stops to different places during the course of a day, punctuality is key to ensuring a good time. The guides arrived 2 minutes before my pick up time, were clear with the group about what time we would leave each site (and kept to it each time), and dropped us off in an efficient manner in the hotel zone. Really appreciated all of that coordination! The guides were knowledgeable and engaging while giving us enough time to explore Chichén Itzá (incredible) the cenote (stunning) and Valladolid (charming) on our own.

Early start and late finish. Lots of travel in a van. All of the stops were great and well worth it. First stop at a Maya village to learn about the culture. Then to Chichen Itza. One our tour with our guide and 1 hour to explore. Very hot and no wind. Definitely need hat/umbrella (would recommend a cooling towel). Plenty of time to explore. Then to Cénote. Short visit felt rushed, but was probably enough time. Then to Vallolidid City. This was a very short visit. Wish this would have been a longer stop. List of architecture and things to look at. Time in van was long but worth it to see the stops.

The tour en general was good. The only thing is that was not really "all include" beverage are out of the package. The pickup was too early and have no chance to have breakfast and the tour did not include something light to eat. take in consideration this. The archeological site was amazing but not much time to walk through all of it. We spended many hours in the Mayas Town and have lunch there That the time available for the tour in Chichen Itza was reduce.

Fantastic experience , engaging informative tour guide . Tour ran smoothly and to time with comfortable travel arrangements. Loved the village visit and chichen Itzá would have liked a bit more time at the cenote rather than the quick stop in Valladolid.

This tour was great. The tour guide Patty was very knowledgeable and helpful. But be prepared for an all day experience.

Chichen Itza and the Cenote are amazing. The bus is excellent. The tour guide was constantly talking bad about European civilization, and telling the bus not to en disrespectful and hear him. It was too aggressive for me. Also, you spend more time in stores than anywhere else. Lunch is super early, and it doesn’t include drinks (when they sell it as an all inclusive experience). They only give you two small bottles of water in the entire day and it’s super hot weather. The town visited is just a normal old town square with nothing of note, more of a restroom stop than anything else. I would recommend renting a car and going to the pyramids and cenote by yourself.

The tour was a full day experience. We opted for hotel pick-up which was on time. The schedule went exactly as promoted. The only thing I did not like was that in my opinion Chichen Itzá should have been 1.5 hours and not 2. The cenote was okay but too crowded which made me feel uneasy. I did jump in and had a refreshing couple of minutes before heading out. The tour guide was fantastic!

Activities were great. Tour guide + helpers were interesting. Got picked up at 705a and didn’t get a welcome or introduction by any employees until about 2.5 hours later. While your leader was knowledgeable and passionate about topic, he crushed 6 jack and cokes over the course of an afternoon. Had 3 associates with him. One slept the entire day in front row with curtain shut except when all workers shared taco lunch while driving. Other three were there but felt for having 4 associates that communication would have been better explaining what was going to happen. Spent too much time and effort at places where I am sure they were getting a kick back. And this limited time spent at cenote and the velyidad city. Which. Were amazing. All three experiences were fantastic.

The ruins where fantastic and the tour was over all decent, downside was the “Mayan village” which was just a giant tourist trap with mediocre food.
