Unforgettable Chichen Itza VIP: Sacred Cenote & Lunch

Aldo was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge about the area and the sights we were seeing. Doing the private tour meant we could ask questions and adjust our time spent at each place to what we wanted to see and do. The experience was very accommodating and was an enjoyable day spent.

"Ma'alob k'iin", pronounced “Mah-lo keen” is how the Mayans say “Good Day” and it certainly was! Today we joined our tour guide, James, for a drive to the state of Yucatán, where we experienced the ruins at Chichen Itza. Next we visited Selva Maya Park where we had an amazing Mayan lunch, followed by a swim in the cenote. GORGEOUS! We topped that off with a tequila tasting and a spin around Valledolid, known as "Capital of the Mayan Orient". We are blown away by the culture and hospitality we have experienced, welcomed almost everywhere by the words “Bienvenidos, mi familia!” (Welcome, my family!) 😊 James is very knowledgeable, patient and kind m, knows many of the people and stops along the way, and we had a great time and learned so much. We are happy and tired and already thinking of our next visit. Book this now! 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our Chichen-Itza/Cenote/Valladolid private tour with our Guide with Paco. It was worth it coming from Cancun. Paco was very knowledgeable of the history and gave us personal attention to our needs. We never felt rushed. We first went to Chichen-Itza and got there right at opening. We were one of the first to enter. By the time we finished the tour is when the huge crowd of tourist that came in. We then eat at Selva Maya (Mexican buffet restaurant). Food is great, staff is great and the ambiance is very nice. After lunch we went swimming at the Cenote Saamal which is inside the restaurant property. My wife really enjoyed it! We went and visited the City of Valladolid. We walked around town, visited the church and bought some souvenirs and Mexican cholates at the Choco-Story. Overall it was a great tour with Paco as our guide who made sure we have snack, water, soda and beer to enjoy during our trip. We talked about the shared Spanish Heritage between Mexico and Philippines, and learned something from each other. I highly recommend Paco and Living Dreams Mexico.

We went on a tour with Claudia and Memo and it was absolutely amazing. We had so much fun and Claudia was so knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make the day something me and my husband will never forget. I highly recommend going on an adventure with them and can’t wait to go again!

the days we spent at Chichen Itza and the Cenote was absolutely wonderful. Beto, our guide, made us feel like family and provided us an opportunity we could not get anywhere else…to see history and connect with ourselves. If you want to find yourself in the frame of the history of time, this trip is a must.

We did a private tour guide of Chichen Itza with Beto who was a wonderful & incredibly friendly guide brimming with knowledge. It's so lovely going with a local guide as not only do you get facts and the history of the ancient Maya sites but Beto introduced us to plenty of people including Mayans really acting as a cultural bridge which made this so much more special for us. We left with deeper appreciation and knowledge for local culture & better connected to our surroundings - our favourite day of the trip by far! Thanks again to Beto for also being very kind & patient when a shopping detour took a bit longer than expected in Valladolid! A very memorable honeymoon for us!🙏🏼❤️
