Great tour - had everything organized for us. We made the mistake of not booking our Machu Picchu tickets in advance so had booked this very last minute - 2 days before we were to go to Machu Picchu. Since entrance tickets were sold out (usually do a few months in advance), they helped us organize picking up the tickets that are sold in Agues Calientes (usually about 1000 per day) that are released by the government only every day. These tickets were for the next day so we ended up staying in Agues Claientes for a night. Luckily we got the circuit we wanted to as there wasn't a huge lineup (July 2025) but have heard there are much longer lines sometimes. All in all, they helped us organize a car from Cusco to the train station in Ollantaytambo, train from there to Agues Calientes, and then a guide met us there to help us with the entire ticket line-up. They also organized our bus tickets to Machu Picchu (from Agues Calientes) and we had a tour up there with Jorge who was great - approximately 2 hours. Then the bus, train, and car back to Cusco were all organized as well. Saved us a lot of stress and was a great experience there! Thank you so much.

We got the last minute Machu Picchu 2 day package. We were stressed that we won’t be able to get the tickets since you have to get them several months in advance, but the whole team made sure we got the right tickets, we even got the Circuit 2-B, which was the most popular. As far as organisation goes, everything went smoothly, we got clear instructions right at our hotel and from then we got taken care of every step in the journey. The tour itself was amazing, our guide Edite was very kind and explained everything. I would definitely recommend this company, they are very professional in every way.

Even tho my trip to Machu Picchu is last minute plan but thanks God I found Cusco Peru travel agents who can accommodate my request. Eduardo who help me a lot from 0 to be 100% perfect trip. First of all, this is an amazing tour group to choose if you are interested in exploring Machu Picchu and other well known archeological sites. They are super responsive, communicate well in both English and Spanish as to what you are interested in doing and like to accomplish. Our tour agency representative was a wonderful young lady, Maria. She was amazing and went out of her way to make sure all answers and concerns were taken care of so we would have a most memorable experience and leave happy. She was very organized. Just my freind and I went. The day before our briefing was very imformative, and everything was laid our really good and clear. We got picked up at 530 am at our air b&b with no issues, the driver, Angel, was right on time and so so nice. He gave us blankets and drove us to Ollyantaytambo. The bus was so comfortable, the seats fully reclined. Our guide met us in Aguas Calientes and helped us get on the bus to Machu Pichu in time. Juan Carlos was very fun and informative, he looks pictures for us, taught us a lot, and we had such a great time. The bus dropped us back at out air b&b at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this company!
