Breathtaking Luxor: Full-Day East & West Bank Discovery Tour

We had an excellent full-day tour in Luxor with our guide, Hassan, and it was a truly memorable experience for me and my parents. He speaks very good English, which made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history is outstanding, and he explained the sites in a clear and fascinating way. What really stood out was his unique approach—he shared insights and details that made the history come alive, not just the usual explanations. The tour was also very comfortable, as we traveled in a new, clean van throughout the day. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Luxor.

We had a private full day tour with a very knowledgeable, friendly Mr. Hassan. Not only is he an expert on the history and monuments, he is a great teacher. He used a small white board to explain things, used picture postcards etc to help us visualize before we entered the Valley of kings! That made our tour so much more interactive and engaging. Absolutely loved the tour!

Hassan, our guide was knowledgeable and explained things very well. Very pleasant, courteous and patient. Gave us just the right amount of information. He is very proud of his Egyptian ancestry and passionately tells you about it.

Where do I start about this amazing tour and the guide Abod who made this the most amazing day EVER!! Our flight arrived early, and our driver Rama dan was already there waiting for us with an amazing attitude. We picked up Abod about 5 minutes away from the airport and we’re off on the best adventure of our whole time in Egypt! We had a wonderful little coffee and Egyptian breakfast and came up with our game plan for day! He was incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the tour. He is has so much knowledge about the tombs, hieroglyphics, Egyptian history and so much more. He was amazing at explaining everything in detail and he got my 17 year old daughter so interested and engaged her throughout the whole day. We have friends coming here later this year and we told them they can’t miss going on a tour with Abod!! We wish we had another day with him!

Abod was an amazing tour guide so much knowledge and did such a great job making it fun and interesting. We learned a ton about the area and saw so much beautiful history. 1st class service as well!

We had a lot of fun and learned a lot about the valley of the kings and Karnak. Basry our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Only complaint was compared to other tours this one was not all encompassing meaning we had to buy our own tickets which means we occasionally had to wait in line. Basry was great highly recommend him as a guide

Hassam is a talkative, knowledgable and patient tour guide. He took lots of good photo for me. If you are a solo tourist, strongly recommend this tour.
