Paradise Elegance: Halong Bay's Ultimate Luxury Cruise Escape

We were on the 2 night/3 day cruise in the Captain’s View cabin. The programme was fairly busy and sights on 1st and 3rd day were extremely overcrowded. It was fantastic to have a chance to explore the bay on the second day on a smaller boat and without the crowds. Our cabin was relatively clean and spacious. But there was little time to enjoy it, apart from sleeping. When we did have a chance to use the bathtub, the water was lukewarm. Thus the cabin was not really worth the effort or extra money. There was always plenty of food, infact far too much. The most of the passengers were on a 1 night/2 day cruise. Thus the majority left after one night and new passengers joined on the second night. Many of them were in groups. Drinks are not included in the price. Our main server, who had just started on the Paradise Excellence 2 a week before, was an absolute delight. Infact the whole crew were friendly and professional.

A fabulous cruise on Paradise Elegance. The staff were incredible especially Tung who looked after us so well. Halong Bay is beautiful and thankfully the weather was amazing, just perfect.

From the moment we stepped on board, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every crew member we interacted with from the housekeeping team to the dining staff and entertainment crew was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. What stood out most was how personal the service felt. It really showed that the crew takes pride in their work and values guest satisfaction. Cruising is always a fun experience, but the warmth and professionalism of the staff made this trip truly unforgettable. Hats off to Athena for her outstanding service!

We have had the most amazing cruise. Were only sad because we can’t stay longer. Our day2 on the day boat was out of this world as there were only 4 of us. The food was outstanding and we are very grateful and appreciative of our upgrade. Our butler Athena is a credit to Paradise — she is an amazing woman she deserves all of the praise she gets. JL is very kind as well and helpful to us. This is our first time on holiday in Vietnam but it won’t be our last - you have a beautiful country and such great people. Thanks for Everything!

Fantastic 3-night cruise! The boat was spotless with beautiful décor, and our terrace suite was absolutely stunning. The food was high-end, the massage we booked was excellent, and the itinerary well planned. It would be even better if they offered a longer version so the schedule didn’t feel quite so packed.

Blue was helpful throughout my whole stay… answered all my questions, and cared for me and my family ensuring our stay was fantastic.

Great view in Halong Bay and excellent service on the cruise. The schedule, duration and difficulty of sightseeing are suitable for even elderly and families.

The staff was five stars - particularly our designated butler Thuan (Blue). Very accommodating of any and all requests. HaLong Bay is beautiful, but very crowded with other boats.

Amazing trip - lots of fun excursions and great service from Blue and the team!! Would recommend it as a great experience for all!!
