We took a tour with Martin, who did a great job sharing historical and cultural insights of Iceland and Reykjavik. He had a good sense of humour and was very welcoming and personable. He revealed some interesting places, plenty of which you would stroll past without understanding the history or significance. It was also a great way to orient yourself when first arriving in the city. Would recommend this tour.

Our guide was enthusiastic and discussed a lot of Reykjavik history as we walked. It was just about the right length, too.

The city tour was fine. We enjoyed a beautiful morning seeing the city sights and hearing about the history of Reykjavik and Iceland. What we didn’t enjoy were the snide comments about Americans. Quite a few remarks ( stupidity & guns to name a few) were ever so slightly made by our guide and honestly, we felt targeted. Maybe our young guide should remember that if Iceland ever had a need, these stupid Americans with guns would be the first to show up in his defense. So sad that our tour had to be politically motivated with an inappropriate agenda. We were just there for fun and adventure.

Eric was a native of Iceland and took the time to explain the history of Iceland and included many up to date areas of interest such as the parliament, difference in government system here versus US, and explained how much the government provides for its citizens. He also gave us fun facts along the way during the two hour walk which went through the old town to the modern town.

Very informative! Vill, our guide was funny, answered every question, and has a nice, unhurried pace. Great time, the whole family loved it.
